So April2020 RNS ...

So anyone heard who the offtake partners are or are they just going to set sail on the 1st April (April fools day) and float around the ocean with some ore until they find someone to sell it to?
The sad thing is they are probably going to be closer than a lot of people :(
I can't see any news now until after the half year results and of course we already know those from the trading statement in January so I don't expect that day to have a positive impact on the share price either.
Not that I was thinking about our near involvement with PREM, but now you mention it I notice our SP was around 22p in June 2018.
So you say that PREM has doubled their SP since then?, shame we haven’t as I’d take 44p at this moment in time.
Oh well more patience needed. Just out of interest, considering this has been going on since the autumn of 2019 at what point will people start to doubt this is ever going to happen?

I’d take a 73% rise followed by a 40%+ rise the day after on KDNC to be fair - at least I would be out with a profit then :)

KDNC is a major risk. It gets pumped every 2 years or so, by the same people (Lenigas, Green ...)
How long have they been talking about Amapa. Who can forget Kieran telling people the ore would be shipped in Dec 2019 implying the agreement would be sorted as well? That was over a year ago.

Dev can start shipping the iron ore upto £10m, however there is no confirmed date yet for shipping.
Until the agreement is signed KDNC have nothing - when it’s signed they will own 20% of Amapa as part of a joint venture which will own 99% of Dev.
Until that is done no more than £10m can be shipped, however none of that £10m will benefit KDNC unless the agreement is signed before that ore is shipped.
As for all the calculations, I prefer to wait for the agreement to be signed and the release of the scoping study which will value it rather than believe anyone on this board or Twitter.
However there is no denying that the increase in ore prices will only be in our favour should the above happen- but what’s the point in dreaming about valuations when they haven’t even signed the agreement.
I imagine the SP hasn’t risen any further because there is still doubt as to whether KDNC will get anything out of this given their past performance over the last 6 years.
The wait goes on and on ....
Do I sense an imminent RNS relating to Honda? The Legend is available to lease in Japan this month so it will be on the road!
That surely would put us back into double figures!
Follow that with something about the Ford-150, merc S Class and aviation and I think we will see a rise like we did in Jan.

Bannor - I can’t just give you a thumbs up for that last post I’ve actually got to say you are the most balanced poster on this board. You don’t constantly ramp like a lot of posters and you state facts.
No one can argue with what you have written there.
I long for the day for that RNS confirming our 20% in Amapa - I then hope that the rampers predictions of 60p+ happens and then I’m off - I haven’t got the patience to care about Sonora, EMH or yangibana as they are years away and have been like that for the last 6 years I’ve been hearing the BOD talk about them - I’ll be dead before they get up and running, let alone using our joint venture areas.

Yes it brilliant news for Dev but until those contracts are signed it means nothing for us. I see the RNS says discussions continue with the banks - I thought everything had been agreed in principal and the contracts just needed drawing up and signing.
To me the way this is worded means they aren’t even agreed in principal anymore and there are more discussions taking place.
The SP is already dropping back as people realise this no doubt
So if I was SEE I would try and arrange a stonking RNS for 11th March now - ie either delay one that was going to be released in the next 2 weeks or see if they can bring one forward if it’s currently earmarked for around the end of March.
Preferably not another GM model, but one around Ford / Merc or better still an OEM won through Qualcomm perhaps linked to Korea or Japan.
PR the hell out of it and that should drown out whatever SmartEye are going to launch :)

Mrcautious - what’s changed?
Well the courts have rejected the appeal from the banks over the shipping of the ore upto 10m - you know that appeal that the banks didn’t withdraw when we apparently agreed settlement terms with them months ago. Why wouldn’t you withdraw it if everything was agreed?
Anyway it looks like Dev can now start shipping the ore and generating money to help start recommissioning the mine - you know that ore and mine that KDNC still have 0% share in.
There is only one RNS that is relevant as far as I am concerned and that is the one saying we have now realised the money from escrew and have 20% share.
When that will be is no clearer and those who keep talking about the SP about to rocket, or we could get an RNS today, or the last buying opp are just speculating.
