.... so many collaborations with huge companies Magna, Valeo, Mitsubishi, Qualcomm, Blackberry, Collins ... we just need the contracts and then the market surely can't keep the SP down at these levels.

If these come through during the next 6 months at the same time as increasing KPI's and monthly cash breakeven then this has surely got to get to 20-25p in a short space of time.

Bluerose - it needs contracts - simple as that - a collaboration without contracts isn't going to set the share price on fire.

What will are more contracts through Magna, Valeo and now Mitsu and hopefully Samsung. Oh and of course Collins in Aviation

In theory a contract through each is all possible within 6 months

UserSteve - probably no one has mentioned it much because everyone said the same about Samsung nearly 10 years ago then Qualcomm about 5 years ago and then Magna a couple of years ago.

Contracts are needed from these collaborations and I would hope these will happen in the next 6 months like PM has inferred - then people will talk about them.

I imagine it will stay around here until SEE deliver something solid as there is no reason for it to go higher.

Obviously a more serious competitor than some think. The next 6 months are vital. PM needs to deliver on what he has said in his latest presentations

Get back to 5p by Jan and then lets hope for some decent announcements during the first 6 months of 2025 in terms of auto and fleet contracts, cash breakeven, increasing KPI's, red label aviation product and then we should be seeing 10-15p.

Then someone can take us out for 25-30p by the end of 2025

Whatif - as far as I am aware no new car models between now and jul26 need camera based DMS unless they want to meet euro NCAP in jan26

But that’s what’s confusing me because surely from a cost point of view for an OEM it would make more sense to put it in now rather than have to change the car again in 12-18 months time.

The OEMs have either been caught sleeping, think the Magna mirror is an easy alternative to switch to in the future or don’t believe the legislation will come into force.

It worries me that it’s the later as without legislation this will never get to the numbers needed because I’m sure many OEMs just see it as an extra cost.

he has talked about new auto rfqs which he believes will be awarded in early 2025.

he has re-iterated several times cash breakeven by june 25

he has hyped up gen3 again and talked about ****logation for others so i would expect some gen3 contracts between jan and jun

he has stated a red label product for aviation in the second half of this fy

combine these things with hopefully increasing kpis in jan/feb for this qtr then again in mar/apr for qtr 1 in 2025 and then again in jul/aug for qtr 2 in 2025, there is a hell of a lot of news potential between jan and jun next year.

all this should be pushed along with the encap 5 star requirements for jan 26 and the legislation requirements for jul26.

i’m giving pm one more chance, if we get to june and they have failed to deliver any significant auto oem contracts, any significant gen3 contracts and cash breakeven and aviation news on the red label product have been delayed then i’m afraid it’s time for pm to go. i will also be seriously questioning the point of encap and the legislation as clearly auto and fleet won’t be getting ready for it and the big question will be why?

Stick it out Baxter, I actually believe this is the last time the market will be able to walk this SP down like this so they are making the most of it.

If the next 3 KPI's continue to show growth (which I actually believe they will just because of VW, BMW and other programs ramping up and then the 2 new ones coming on board in 2025) and they do land some more gen3 and auto OEM wins (which again I think there is a high possibility because OEM's and fleet companies have got to get a move on now) and they do manage to hit cash breakeven at some point by Jun26 then moving forward there is no way the SP can stay this low or be dragged this low again.

Then during FY 2026 KPI's will continue to grow, there will still be potential for more wins and we could be at circa 750k cars for each kpi and a pipeline of nearly $1m - combine this with continued monthly cash breakeven and hitting Stifel's estimate of £5m profit for FY 2026 in 18 months time you are talking of a profitable business with huge contracts, large pipeline and a market that will still only be in the growth phase.

At that point surely the SP will be at around 10p again with someone putting a bid in around 18-25p - I will snap their hands off for 18p in 18 months time, it would have been worth the 13 years of pain.

Chutz, if only the company actually delivered something they say then I wouldn't be able to say those things and I'd be happy along with everyone else.

It's all well and good for PM to answer a question with "I believe the share price is undervalued" but he has got to deliver something to make everyone else think it's undervalued. Failing on reducing costs to $1m per month is not giving reasons for the market to believe.

As for 40% market share - 40% of f*** all is f*** all - the market isn't as big as they are implying - it will be if legislation comes in around the world.

So after all the drama over the last 3 weeks, year end results, proactive interviews, share price plummeting we are essentially still in the same place, all be it at a significantly lower share price.

We are still waiting for blow the doors off qtr KPI's i.e. 1m per qtr

We are still waiting for some decent gen3 contracts

We are still waiting for some more auto contracts

We are still waiting for something on aviation, obviously red label announcement

We are still waiting for cash breakeven

We are still waiting for legislation elsewhere in the world

We are still waiting for more from Valeo, Magna, Qualcomm and all our other partners

PM is still dangling the carrot

The next 6 months will be telling - what has been implied is something in most of these areas, particularly contracts, red label, cash breakeven - lets see what is actually delivered.

The most important 6 months are coming up for this share and its time PM finally delivered, particularly on cash breakeven.

To be fair Maplinman he has got a point. We have been told by the company how many additional cars we will go into this year and how many gen3 installs they are likely to achieve.

We have been told by Stifel that 2025 will still see a loss and 2026 revenue will be circa $95m with a $5m profit I think it was.

Any contracts that come along in the first part of 2025, which Paul has alluded to, won't help revenue or profit until 2027

Based on those stats how do you possibly think the SP will get to 35p in the next 6 months as the best news we could get during those 6 months is circa 500,000 KPI's based on their annual projection and possibly the odd gen3 and auto win, both of which won't impact on revenues in the next 6 months.

Not even sentiment will turn based on the odd win and KPI figures.

Even if they pull a rabbit out of the hat like a Magna license deal - no idea who that would be - Valeo? That still won't push the SP into double figures.

Cash breakeven will help, if they achieve it, but that won't be announced until August at the end of the year which again is more than 6 months away.

I actually think your post was just a huge ramp, which is just as bad as the derampers.

This board needs reality, but all it gets are the extremes, which frustrates me and probably others.

I still don't understand how the current pipeline of $395m or whatever it is, is all going to come before 2026, when they are only predicting 1.9m additional cars this year and i assume 4m the year after with the 100% growth year on year, can anyone explain what I am misunderstanding please

Sorry 500,000 perhaps a bit too optimistic - let's say 250,000 which means 1million in a year given VW alone is 10.6% of 12 million cars in the EU

So according to this article VW Group do 3.3million cars in the EU

So based on the legislation that means all those need Camera based DMS by July26 - not just new models but all new cars. We must be in with a chance of getting a good proportion of that 3.3m alone as surely brands like Skoda will also consider the Magna mirror as VW use it.

And for someone like VW would they really install a different mirror with no DMS in for cars sold outside the EU? According to google VW group in total is 4.87 million so I would have thought that could be the real opportunity for VW

The new protocols will surely push someone like VW and BMW to hit them by Jan2026 so I just can't understand how we won't be doing over 500,000 units per qtr just from VW over the next 12 months.

Where is Ford in that snippet as well, surely they are still quite large in Europe?

If this is the case then surely this is the last walk down in the SP as there won't be another opportunity to do it, unless of course they don't hit that cash breakeven as the market will use that as an excuse

I know I’m usually more on the negative side but I actually think that interview has been well done.

I’ve got a feeling they may have held back the KPIs to this week from last so they could get that interview done and so as part of realising the KPIs they could then tackle things that they have clearly picked up over the last week circulating on platforms like this.

I like how they tackled the issue about the auditors report and how even though car sales may be tough at the moment it’s not going to impact us to the extent it will others because our growth is going to come from the penetration into all new cars from the low base we are in at the moment.

I think they have tried to help shareholder/investor confidence a lot in that interview and I think all we need now in the next 3 months if possible are the odd one or two gen3 contracts and hopefully by March 1 or 2 OEM auto contracts. If the next KPIs are over 500k then that would be good as well.

I feel happier this morning even though the market is again trying to take the SP down
