I will hold here and Zioc but the rest of AIM is far to doddgy to even trade .

I am glad cpx don’t get AIM because AIM is about keeping people on the move creating fees and spread losses on each transaction . The more people move the more they pay to the system . This is a winner stop losing money in fees and silly Sread costs each buy and sell . 3 losses each move you make ! . Each contract is worth about a million a year in licence fees and 5% ROYALTIES on top which logic says is minimum 5% of a million each year , as they want to make money above the £1 million licence fee .

AVX pays £1 million a year licence fee and pays 5% ROYALTIES every quarter . So I exspect TDK will be going bigger so would pay more than a million pounds a year along with their 5% ROYALTIES . This is growing very very fast now . Increasing in the millions with each deal done .

Jimzi ...so your telling me TDK , Murata and AVX for starters . Are paying a million pounds a year licence fee with the intention of making less than a million pounds a year profit from it . I think not

TDK to pay big licence fees ... the proof is it says in line with the other agreements which were £1 million and reference to a part payment of £750;000 . So at least a million licence fee payment to come from TDK .

Yes they exercised the right to subscribe for them . They basically had the right as a reward for success , achieving a goal ( TDK ) to buy cheap shares . They probably sold some holding us back for the past month . All is going very very well . Looks like extra time to top up . I will be taking advantage of that time . 99% of AIM is rubbish so no point in trading to go into anything else on AIM . I don’t know of any other AIM company’s with 5% ROYALTIE agreements with $11 Billion a year company’s .

Would that be the stage where a US $11 BILLION a year company signs up to a 5% ROYALTIES agreement and is due to pay a million pound licence fee to us . With lots of others in discussion . With Royalties still increasing year on year I will hold and increase . A little disappointed as it leaves the gate open for usual MM games . TDK should have shut that gate firmly but not used to full effect . A US $11 Billion a year revenue , I believe the Royalties from that will be very good and another £1 million from the licence payment . Extra months for topping up I guess ! .

It is worth logging in for the extra share holders informtion . I say again this is a proper company with a proper structure . Not the usual AIM cash cow to pay a BODs wages month after month . This is not a oil licence re opened after 40 years or a gold licence re opened after a hundred years or a development company with no product actualy on sale . A proper company at AIM prices !

The market try’s to encourage trading as they only make money when people are trading . So they will be playing games . But we know the value . So will just wait and wait

2) Licence payments
3) Selling our product our selves
4) Court case possible pay out .
5) The new 3v
6) 3 Automotive prototypes with the industry being assessed .
How much do people need ? . Most of AIM have nothing but ideas . Can’t see the point of moving around during the negative financial climate .

Agreed ...TDK with a $11 Billion a year turnover selling our Supercapacitors . How much will this be worth . Why did they choose us and not go it alone ! Very very exciting and no where near factored in

But then people will want to try and talk it back down to keep the peek trough cycle of AIM , so the Brokers make money on the spread and the buy/sell fees . I just want to hold . I would like to read up on the legal proceedings regarding the patent misuse . Any one got the dates of all the relivant RNS please ? . Time will tell Bumblebee , do you know all the relivant dates of the RNS please as that could be a good starting point for formulating a oppinion on chances of a share buy back or dividend .
