Bobby has lost millions of theoretical money ( as he only loses if he sells ) because of the Shorters properganda . He has the market by the short and curlies now . He has the funds to carry on business for at least a year . So he could suspend trading , turn the business around and re open trading with the company worth 1200% more . The Shorters have to buy back then . The MMs who sold fictitious shares to drive the SP lower have to give them at full price . Golden oppertunity . But we would be locked in whilst he rebuilds . But no negative influences .

Totaly agree . That is why the SP is where it is now . That is why they should suspend trading , they have enough cash in the bank to trade as normal and the oppertunity to build the business before opening trading .

Shorters borrow shares and sell them into the market and get the money without a outlay . Later they buy shares with their own money and return the shares to the lender . If the price dropped they made money if the price rose they lost money . The Shorters are informed of financing and other info so have the heads up . You need to be able to cover your short so rich influential people usually short people in the House of Lords for instance .

As a holder in YU Group I find it scandalous that the market has removed 1,200% of the value . I believe the BOD have a responsibility to its share holders to suspend trading untill the matter is investigated . Go on double dare you suspend trading for 6 months and keep the company opperating you have got the cash .

These were £12.50p days before the £10 Placing . The market did its deal reducing the SP for its services , as usual took over 20% of . Skimmed the cream . So we know £10 a share is knock down robbery price any way . The placing financer will have studied the accounts before they agreed £10 . Bet they saw the company’s that couldn’t pay and still valued it at £10 a share even taking the cream .

So you bought at over £10 a share ( probably £14 a share ) . Some customers can’t pay and they lose £10 million . Now you wouldn’t even pay £1.20 . I don’t see your logic that with that £10 million it was worth £10 to £14 a share yet not worth £1.20 plus .
