£ 11.5 million in cash in the bank as of a few weeks ago . From Placing for £10 a share a few months ago . NO debt out standing . Dropped from £12 within 6 months . Could bounce by a few £ . May drop a bit further ( I will buy more if it happens ) . Looks like a AIM bargain .

Dropping from £12 to £1 within 6 months because some customers are struggling and bad accounting from a independent accountant , is a bit over the top . Cash still in the bank from recent £10 Placing . RNS “ The Board has also reviewed the level of Trade Debtors held. The Board have concluded that the level of non-payment being experienced is significantly above that which has been previously provided for.“

Is it his fault that so many businesses can’t pay their energy bill ? . The error was counting in all exspected income but a lot can’t pay .

1) Looks like independent auditors mistake .
2) 1200p 6 month high so over 10 Bagger to get back there .
3) Recent Placing at £10 a share cash still in the bank from that .
4) No debt out standing .
5) If you remove the £10 million , we are still showing good improvement on last years results .
Is this a deliberate AIM error to allow some one in cheap ?

Brave gambler . AIM is a gamblers market not a investors market . 1200p to 93p in 6 months . My gamble is we reverse half that .

The Group has significant cash reserves (£11.5 million at 30 September 2018) and has no debt outstanding.
We need a ten Bagger to get back to 3 month high ! . Good gamble debt free .

The buying was from people with insider information the most upto date information available . That is why the FCA require a RNS to inform the market that the people in the know are buying . That is the requirement a PDMR RNS be issued when the people in the know buy . This is from the FCA “””has regular access to inside information relating directly or indirectly to that entity and has power to take managerial decisions affecting the future developments and business prospects of that entity.”””. On the Passat I’ve side the work force who are buying these shares , know the stage the company is at and I would imagine are well paid any way . So are likely to hold for the next contract news and rise . Which I would imagine will be in just over a week . If the pattern of employee buys and big news continues . Lol .
