Point taken . Maybe I have been a bit passionate about protecting the SP from people trying to encourage trading . Last Thursday and Friday was dominated by people trying to encourage people to trade for a potential increase when buying back . Probably so them , them selves can buy back in cheaper as people sold . So my only reason to post today was to encourage people to hold rather than try to trade to a higher holding . AIM is a nasty place with paid posters who try to encourage trading for trading sake . With 4% spread and fees with each transaction I think holding is wise .

Last week I did think that but you corrected me . Now I used it as a customer example showing their investment potential . I clearly said capacitors in the post not supercapacitors .

The 2 points were... 1) There is huge invest ment in producing these cheap components 2) MURATA who are capacitor experts with over 300 patents came to us for the supercapacitor ....from MURATAS web page To meet consumer demand for mobile devices with greater efficiency and functionality, Murata began focusing its R&D efforts on supercapacitors (EDLC*) in 2008, at which time we made a strategic decision to license leading-edge supercapacitor technology from CAP-XX Limited Cap-XX, an Australia-based firm. Parkez ...so what your saying is it is misleading to show the investment form one of our customers into electrical components . A £270 million extension to produce penny capacitors, shows that cheap components make money . What is misleading about that ? .

The super capacitor can also go into a mobile phone . Our own web page shows this .

My quote regarding capacitors ( 300 ) was from their web site and they say they do diffrent types of capacitor and list the super capacitor in there . So I am sure it is a capacitor . Yes there is a huge range with a huge range of functions . My point is there is a big market and growing .

If any thing we are all playing down the super capacitor . So not misleading any one . TDK and MURATA who sell components in $ Billions each year both recognise the significance and have signed up . The point made is if Murata are investing £270 million to upgrade its out dated models production how much investment will go into the new super capacitors which will far out perform older models of capacitor !

Murata had over 300 patents for capacitors yet in 2008 they realised they needed to sign up to our patent . We are holding a super patent . TDK have accepted that .

TDK $11 BILLION turnover a year MURATA far less .. yet MURATA are this month building a extension on its factory for capacitors at a cost of 40 BILLION YEN approx £270 million . So if they invest that for expanded production how much are TDK going to invest to produce the SUPER CAPACITOR I would imagine far more than £270 million . TDK, one of the World's largest electronic component suppliers, with sales in excess of US$11 billion and over 100,000 employees, will join Murata and AVX as licencees of CAP-XX's supercapacitor IP, as CAP-XX pursues its strategy of building and licencing its IP portfolio.

TDK $11 BILLION turn over a year . They are a World leader and recognise the Super capacitor . Why sign up to produce our product why not come up with their own or use another ? . Because the biggest in the World see the demand for out product above the competition and they can’t replicate it ( at the moment ) . TDK is a sure sign that now is our time ! .

1) the legal action ..how many company’s will it effect ? ..how much back pay will it produce ? ..when ?
2) Royalties How Big are they ? how much will they produce ? How quickly ?
3) Our own production and sales , how big will they grow ? How fast ? .
4) will any one project be sold out ?
5) A buy out !
All these possabilitys , more than usual .

I would prefer a company share buy back program . Eg each licence payment of a £1 million CPX buys back £100,000 of its own shares and removes them from the market ! .

Why do we have a clan of accounts trying so hard to get people to trade . No one saying the BOD are criminals or the company is bogus ( as with 99% of AIM BBs ) the best the clan can do is say you may increase your holding by trading in and out ! . This is a real business with a real product and real patent being taken on by a US $11 Billion a year company .Being endorsed by Apple ( a feature product ) Priced at the same as the usual AIM bogus company’s with BODs who are regularly warned against on these BBs .

This is AIM most AIM company’s have no asset . No income ! We have got a thriving business and we have got ROYALTIES from the Worlds leading company’s . All that in a tiny AIM company at a average M Cap . You don’t like people holding and waiting your desperate to keep people trading ! . Which MM do you work for as they are the ones who profit from your encouraging people to trade ! . This is a fast growing company with a World leading Patent as well and a potentially huge court pay out in the balance .

Revenues will include quarterly ROYALTIES . The last increase on a ROYALTIE was 177% ( from memory ) the same ROYALTIE increased 50% the financials before that . has it increased by 460% this time ? . They are exspecting minimum $4.9 Million . I exspect the increase is MORE from Royalties captured in the period rather than our own sales

$4.9 million plus cash in bank ( not including all the latest licence money ) is revenue from sales which I have already stated I am not even intrested in . I am intrested in 5he Royalties mone6 which is increasing at a alarming rate . So I am lookin* for ROYALTIES increases and the clues as to TDK potential .

Two trading days till results . Exspecting huge increase in exsisting Royalties ( following the pattern and the increased need ) . Also sales are growing . Not that the sales intrest me as much . Just let others do the manufacturing and selling and pay us 5% a quarter and a up front licence fee between £750,000 and £1 million . Keep it coming .

As car security is increased the quick momentary surge of power needed also increases . So imagine every car key World Wide ( in the future ) needing a super capacitor. That alone would make our little old AIM company for life . All car manufacturers making their own and giving us 5% every quarter and a nice licence fee .

Agreed small Blue Finnish today and tomorrow ready for the results on Wednesday . Murata royalties will they do a few hundred percent rise keeping the pattern going ? .
