Important to point out we are just entering the the Licencing phase so three of the World leaders on board is good going . These are super company’s not average by any means . At the start of the licencing phase we have signed three super company’s . The rest will follow the World leaders .

I get your point that we are a nation of moaners . But as others have said AIM is a big market with lots of choice , once I don’t believe in a company or its situation I move on , I don’t stay being negative I move my money . That said moving money around on AIM is day light robbery you insure to trade fees and two lots of Spread . So my personal strategy is research and only buy if I intend staying and be possative . That said. If SOMTHING very negative happens I will go else where .

Just hold and wait . How long ? . I hope we get 6 months till it re rates as I am constantly topping up .

Agreed many years ago the B.B. was a place where people exchanged possative views on shares they chose and believed in . NOW professionals post 24/7 trying to talk shares down ! . Paid de rampers making a career out of trying to talk a company into the ground . At their happiest when they cause a company to go bust after driving the SP to rock bottom and causing dilution . Every one knows AIM is being manipulared by criminals now organised crime . Why is the gang so desperate to deny this ?

Most investors know the score now . Just accept the trolls have a job to do they are here to keep people on the move so the market makes money on the buys , sells and spread . If you want to beat them ! Pick a good share and just sit it out and wait . If you listen to them and keep moving you are playin* in to their hands . When you get your big pay out remember the trolls and take your money and don’t come back .

CDE also wonder how much they will owe in Royalties if they should have been licensed . If we win they will owe licence fees , royalties and court costs .

SP up and spread down . So looks like they want shares now .

Have AVX not paid £3 million plus Royalties today . First Million was 12/7/16 so July 2017 another million and July 2018 another million . I am imagining TDK will be producing the most and will be paying a bigger licence fee each year .

If CDE lose they will need to carry on production to justify all their investment into the production line , meaning they will need to negotiate the licence and ROYALTIE agreement with us . They will not want to be over a barrel during this process as they will be ordered to stop production of our product untill they are licensed . This is why I believe they are stalling . Producing ahead of schedule and delivering ahead of schedule ready for the gap in production negotiations will create . Once proven they can’t produce our product without legal agreement . In other words all parties may have decided at the same time they can’t win , but some are stalling . Time will tell .

Just maybe CDE are stalling to fill exsisting orders and avoid any penalty costs . Maybe they intend to admit liability when the timing suits them .

Don’t know but it will be huge for all parties . But each win will see see costs refunded by the loser ( each way ) . We are the ones who have instigated legal action so we must be very very confident ! .

CDE ... let’s not forget if we win we 1) Receive a huge pay out 2) CDE have customers and millions invested in its production process so they will also need to sign up with us also giving the licence fees and Royalties in line with all the others .

Lots of organisations have invested big money buying shares in Cap-xx so it’s not that easy to just change markets . I hope for a trading suspension and a structured move of market protecting all investors interests here . One way or another I believe long term Cap-xx is a good bet .

AIM bully’s company’s and slowly dilutes and destroys them . The likes of Lions Gold finally stand on their own two feet and suspend trading to protect their investors and carry on building the company unhindered for the invested . I hope Cap-xx do the same ...Once they can support them selves , suspend trading so loyal investors can eventualy be rewarded rather than continue the AIM manipulated dilution to reward AIMs financing chosen few . The BODs of these company’s must be as fed up as the investors . GLA .

Johnny b . Obviously there is some truth in what you say . But the trolls are part of a process to lower the SP for big dilution in any financing .. this eventualy leads to AIM company’s going bust . But the likes of Peelhunt make more money quicker as a result of the average 60% discount before finance . A few weeks of trolling and organised lowering of SP then a discount to the resulting SP . Average about 40% to 60% discount . Eventual bankruptcy . NO company can give 40% to 60% of its value away every other year .

There is a growing realisation that the TROLS are a organised body working for the Brokers and AIM financing parties . All the evidence has been in the public domain for the last few years . Eventualy the issue will need to be addressed . Turning a blind eye is the same as being a part of it , no matter how high up you are . All in my oppinion of cause .
