Yes Jimzi this is because some corps can’t pay their bills at the moment ( which is sad ) so yes a drop is realistic . But they have been dropping it for 6 months from £12 . Which is a bit over done . Do you not agree .

Concord recently increased their holding as well . BK holds over 50% of the shares .

It’s not just the 80% . They have been methodically taking it down for 6 months . This could be being positioned to be a AIM 10 Bagger story . Just need the TR1 .

Topping up as she comes back to life . First paid 93p then 99p then 102p now 1.29p Far better than the recent £10 Placing which they still have the cash from . Cash in bank £11.5 Million , no out standing debt , BK holds over half the shares , under 8 million shares in public hands .

1) with TR1 BK upping the 53% held and less than 8 million shares in PI hands this could 10 bag .
2) No TR1 and £11.5 million in the bank and no out standing debt , this could 5 bag .
3) with TR1 BK selling and dropping below 50% this could drop till money in bank and M Cap are even .

No bail out shares on the horizon for the MMs or Shorters . The only thing slowing this at the moment is MMs getting shares from shorts closing on a good profit . Otherwise not many shares about and no new ones coming . All in my oppinion .

Especialy when over half those 16 million shares are not in public hands . So less than 8 million shares to play with and no placing needed as £11.5 million in the bank and no out standing debt . They have spelt it out for us .

At this price a Buy back ( al ready hold 53% of shares ) or a Take Over for the customers is the most likely play . Not going bust as £11.5 million in the bank confirmed weeks ago . No out standing debt and a established business . So vultures need to buy the company for its customers , they are not going free .

£12 in May they have adjusted for this months ago . The placing was £10 knowing all this already ( going by dismissal date ) not my research .

With a TR1 from Bobby Kalar showing More buying currently 53% of the shares this would go mad and ten bag . But we need that TR1 . Obviously we could get the opposite TR1 and it could lose a bit more . But No out standing debt and £11.5 million in the bank weeks ago . It shouldn’t lose much more .... ten bag / lose a bit more = good gamble .

Sorry money spider . AIM being AIM we have all been there . To me this is just a oppertunity , but I do know that sick feeling AIM gives you more often than the good feeling .

He already has 56% of the shares . In theory he could buy the remaining 44% for £ 8 million to day . With £11.5 million and no out standing debts in the accounts . Wonder if he is upping his % .
