Monday would be a good day for TR1s . So one more trading day for the traders then a reaction either way .

Nice buys popping up constantly . Good chance of a TR1 . I will just hold . GLA .

Price dropped from £14.25p whilst the company was showing strong growth , revenue constantly growing . March placing cash £11.5 Million still in the bank ( the placing was £10 ) Bobby holding strong all holding strong . Some one building ! . That is wh6 I am holding .

Lots of bogus accounts de ramping now 14 posts etc . MMs need shares , desperate for shares so paid de rampers brought in . The big buyer hoovering up shares is spoiling their efforts .

Revenue growing fast , was £14.25p a share and revenue has grown since so SP should be higher .
Bobby holds over half the shares . Lots of other big big holdings .
Bad point Profitability has been delayed but growth predictions calculated are great .
Some one seems to be loading up at higher and higher SPs .
Very few shares available .
£11.5 million in the bank , no debt .

A few missed the boat and trying to talk it down .

Will we get a TR1 from the buyer ?

Year high £14.25p ...revenue has constantly grown since then ...meaning the business has constantly grown since then . Yet the M Cap was slaughtered providing a great buy back or entry for big players . TR1s needed .

I am valuing based on year on year rapid revenue growth and already predicted revenue growth again . Plus shortage of shares and mainly the overdone drop in M Cap from March £10 Placing . £11.5 million cash in bank and no debt .
Bobby Kalar holds 8.6 million shares ( over half the shares ) . Octopus hold 1.3 Million , Milton hold 1.3 Million , Canaccord hold 1.5 Million plus other holdings . That’s more than 78% out of play ....only 16 million to start with ! .
Company growing available shares shrinking .

A couple of late trades showing in the trades section ( over £50,000 each ) . Shortly after a few smaller sells at a much lower SP ...proving they were Buys ! . Will we get a TR1 soon ? Is it a big holder topping up or just a new investor recognising the reasonably safe chances of making big money here ( in which case no TR1 ) . Not many shares out there and appears to be getting less .

Good points ....point no.3 changed ..., not many in profit . As it has only ever been below this price for days .

Good points ...
1) £11.5Million in the bank that’s ALL the March £10 placing money
2) NO out standing Debt . Not bad for a AIM company .
3) No one holding in profit waiting to sell ( just a hand full from early yeasterday ) . So no big profit sales .
4) the founder still holds over 50% of the shares
5)CANACCORD GENUITY GROUP INC hold nearly 10% of the shares , buying recently .
6) SP ridiculous low . Below March placing price £10 we are in a better place now . With ALL the placing money still in the bank .
7) Revenue improving year on year still . Potential profit has changed but revenue still growing .
8) Better reviews than British Gas and other leaders
9) All that has changed is our stratergy . We no longer waste wages chasing bad debt and damaging our reputation and ratings , for little reward . Huge potential rerate possible from here .

Year high £14.20p . If he has been buying the company back and just has to buy a few million of us at year high and do a deal with the other big holders . That would be great

Totaly agree . Only 16 million shares and Bobbly holds over half of those . SP has been slaughtered since March £10 . Then the £6 to near £1 in one day . The RNS info would have been known by the market in advabce and that was the drop from £10 to £6 . So a climb back eventualy , this 24% is nice but a drop In the ocean , keep a eye on the figures not the percentage climbs . We could do 100% tomorrow and still be ridiculously below the £6 .

It is a start ! . March £10 Placing ... still got all the cash from it ( guessing usual placing fees were charged ) from recent RNS “The Group has significant cash reserves (£11.5 million at 30 September 2018) and has no debt outstanding.” The Placing was £12 million @ £10 each . So not many holding a huge profit itching to sell . Last week it dropped from £6 to £1.20p over night . So massively over done .
