Having a little punt . Zero bought LOL . I bought £1,000 as a punt .

£67 million in signed contracts already for next year . Just starting in the water business as well , Licence in place . Growth growth growth .

Debt free .....£11.5 million in the bank ( end of Sep 2018 ) . CEO holds OVER half the shares . Only 16 million shares . Not a bad bet .

Regarding a £5 take Over .... they would have to wait untill untill after March to take over below £14.25p a share year high price . But nothing stopping them loading up cheap and delaying the TR1 untill the order completes then buying the remainder at year high price . All guess work at the moment but the possible bounce is big .

Small top up £386 @ £1.32 , May show as £1.33p . I will keep topping up especialy if it keeps dropping . My average is around here any way . The water licence has not been factored in ! .

Another top up oppertunity tomorrow I hope .

Don’t forget DEBT FREE . They have built the CONTRACTS up to £67 million without debt . So not AIM . With minimum shares as well ! . Possibly £70 million contracted by now ? .review RNS May tell us improved contract news ?

Just topped up at £1.33p . A fraction of the £10 placing . Which they still have £11.5 mimillion in the bank debt free from . Yes independent review fees to pay .

Any kind of take over or buy back is safe till March . At this 90% reduction it must be a option . So we are lucky the year high of £14.25p is there for a long time .

Lucky they have got £11.5 million in the bank then with a huge ( for a small AIM company ) income . The review will show where savings can be made as well .

Thank you for both posts don’t panic . At first I thought Jim may have been a shorter or a paid poster but after a few posts I realised he was just after company created by arguing at realising this I filtered him straight away . AIM shares move based on market sentiment not profit , this is because AIM is set up for company’s in their early development . Your info is useful but cash in bank , Bod history , contracted revenue and very recent SP / M Cap are more of a driver on AIM . Hence I am here . There are a few others trying to discredit because they see the hot potential here and want as low a entry as possible , one has stated his entry target 85p best of luck on that one , I don’t think any amount of de ramping will get that entry level with the review results exspcted .

Took me a while to figure him out , he is harmless just trolling for company . So I have filtered him . At least I entertained a loanly ( probably old ) man so it was not a total waste of time . Enjoy the weekend ! . Fingers crossed for a RNS .

Jimzi this is the Alternative Investment Market and 20 years have shown me all those things are not relivant on this market ( in low value company’s ) . It is all about where the company is going . Not where it is at the moment . That is why the company’s listed need alternative investments eg placings , loan notes from YA , warrants etc etc . They don’t go to Barclays Bank and get a 3% loan they do a placing that costs them hundreds of thousands in fees and dilution . Your margins are useless on small AIM businesses . Money in the bank , debt free , revenue and past history are what drives AIM company’s . When successfull they move on as will their M Cap .

Your 21:12 post shows where you miss the point entirely YU is on AIM and it’s growth and decline in SP / M Cap will be dictated by AIM fundamentals and patterns . So AIM and other AIM company’s are very important more important than margins ( whilst on AIM obviously ) . AIM is full of oil and mining explorers who don’t even have a revenue , company’s developing a product that is not yet in the shops these company’s are living on dilution and debt but the SP and M Cap are based on high hopes , sentiment , BOD reputations and other factors NOT margins as in other markets .

“What’s AIM got to do with it “ ... considering we are investing on AIM and my best comparison as to how a company will perform on this market is looking at other AIM company’s and their values and their revenues etc etc AIM has got a lot to do with it . My whole decision is based on research of AIM company’s and their growth from potential . Bobby has built and sold a successful business before so I think he has got a business strategy for all this revenue !

The revenue , the cash in bank and managing this debt free with so few shares issued is enough for me . As with all AIM company’s I have concerns but this one has a great risk reward from this level in my opinion .
