With the biggest in the world at the bidding table 100% yeasterday was very possible . Last time only one at the table it reached over twice the current SP .

If it was Standard Life de risking for a free ride then it fully explains why we didn’t do a 100% rise in the day . Top of risers board and top of traded board by the end of play . Top traded all day .

Stop losses are a mugs game ! . Buying/Selling N/T are not much better . I never use stop losses but do admit to using N/T when I see the train pulling out .

Possible yeasterday gap up was slowed down by the 5 million share sale from “A” Standard Life half their cheap buy giving them a £1 million risk free free ride in under a week . Only a TR1 will confirm buy or sell but this looks likely to me and would be good business . I would like this scenario as it reduces the cheaper holdings if it comes to a vote on a offer .

The fact your annoyed about is with only Stobart bid the SP rose to 47.40 p . Now there is a bidding war apparently 3 big bidders the press know about . So could the bidding start at 47.40p is the possible train of thought .

Sorry I think your 27p opening bid is a bit short after Stobart taking the SP up to 47p . Who backed out ? Don’t know why but Stobart are reported to be the third party in the bidding war again , will we get a denial RNS ? . Not to mention impartial press reports valuing the slots alone at £100 million . So I think more around the 40p mark . The biggest in the World yes the WORLD are at the table . Not to mention Heathrow.

Hi Dave are you surgesting the whole lot is only worth £60 million . Or are you saying £60 million on top of the reported £100 million slots value . Totalling £160 Million ?

My guess is it was a sell ... Aggregate of Standard Life Selling nearly 50% and achieving a million pound free ride in Under a week . Not a bad free ride . The SP held and climbed so if I am correct it is a good sign . If we get a TR1 to that effect the MMs will try to use it to get cheap shares but just remember the sale went through and the SP was un stoppable ( it is higher than the sell price , so it couldn’t stop it ) . So I will hold through the MMs games if my hunch is right .

Not a bad day top of the Most traded board and top of the top risers board . In my oppinion the MMs manipulated the top risers board all day ( using spread ) to keep us second untill 16:29 when they had to let us have it . Trying to keep us of people’s radar . Stobart offered twice this before a party withdrew Intrestingly Stobart are back in the mix ! Surgest 47p is feasible or maybe more ! .

Yes Spike my 108 posts have taken up a lot of my pressious time so your 710 posts must have kept you in every day . I provide fire cover from home which is my reason for sacrificing time whilst having good health on these boards but I can’t see why people with good health who are not board would do it . 100% gain from here looks like a safe bet , based on previous offer from smaller player . Based on multiple huge parties showing intrest and based on reported £100 million slot values . So I am betting on 100% rise from here then going to go by B.B. feeling and more press feelings . All in our own opinions obviously .
