If they are looking for the sale and don’t need the market any more ( just hedging their bets at present ) once they are confident of a deal the6 may as well suspend trading and that would stop most of the rubbish being posted eg Virgin have pulled out . Like all company’s they must hate the financing system and dilution it causes . Once they don’t need the market a suspension would be like removing a ball and chain a breath of fresh air .

Do you know another share the press are saying has assets worth more than the current value and has Three world heavy weights circling like vultures looking to buy . No point selling this nothing else is in this position . Virgin , BA and Stobart the only way it could be bigger is if Bill Gates and Apple were involved .

Pianista decisions like a trading suspension are mainly up to the BOD and they carry all the responsibility so neither of us need to worry about it . The fact is I have brought today’s actions to the fore front and a ordit trail is in exsistance . Which you have become apart . Should I need to revisit for any reason the trail is there . Regarding the example no one would appreciate having their good name dragged through the press when it could have been avoided very easily by the BOD recognising the possibility’s and removing the risk .

Pianista ... so how could let’s say ...Sir Richard protect him self from allegations of having people buy shares on his behalf or his close work colleagues being accused of the same , whilst they are in privileged positions during the negotiations . So Flybe BOD are also failing to protect the other parties at this stage of the sale process by not suspending trading . This is not a normal every day situation . I will answer the question . Because we are in serious negotiations with possibly three or more World leading company’s to possibly buy us out . This is the most critical time the company has ever gone through . The process could be damaged by internet trolls using this board and social media to make claims like Virgin have pulled out of the negotiations etc . In a attempt to alter the share price as it has today . No other share to the best of my knowledge is in this sensative position at the moment . Any way I have made my point it is now on record . So I am happy to leave it at that .

The BOD would protect them selves as well as negotiations and our investments by suspending trading . Whilst letting trading carry on as normal during a critically sensitive period which is attracting Internet Trolling can only bring the risk of malpractice accusations . If I was on the BOD I would protect my self and suspend trading . Any way my point is out there on the World Wide Web . I shall leave it at that . If trading was suspended un till deal is concluded or abandoned then no ones post would effect the SP in either direction and no one would tell out right untruths in their desperation . This is why a trading suspension should be enforced during serious negotiations as standard practice . If a deal is reached all invested would be rewarded on the resuming of trading or once Take Over was settled . Hence protecting vestments .

As exspected the untruths get worse and more blatant . Will the BOD protect the investors investments from social media manipulation . “Virgin have pulled out of negotiations” you don’t get more manipulative than that . Will the Bod take legal action against such attempted manipulation or suspend trading to stop its negative effects . Minus 10% the results of the untruths are clear to see . The BOD should act in some way . It’s a shame it was a reasonable board yeasterday .

This is why a share should be suspended during serious negotiations . Suspension of trading reduces the untruths told on this bulletin board and social media . Untruths which could be damaging to any negotiations . The BOD have a duty of care to protect our investments . It is starting to look like a suspension of trading would be wise .
