All held back to assist in keeping the SP down temporarily for the shorts . Wholesale ....the providers are signing their exsisting customers over to Toople services so the nine are exponential growth on growth and going National . This is growing very fast . Imagine this with a BOD who looked after the penny’s as well as the pounds . With a vote of no confidence and a new BOD this would be in the pounds much much faster .

All the contracts look great ...looks like a great future ahead ...That said the BOD really really messed this Finance up . A huge rise on the back of just one contract Peel Hunt kept it below a 400% rise by selling over 10% of all the company shares in to the rise . Yet the BOD can only manage to raise funds at near enough pre contract win price . That said they do get extra shares for the money owed to them . So they are probably glad of the dilution they settled for . Great company great prospects very incompetent BOD based on the very poor funding deal . They should have gone to Wonga .

Good sign because if he had no news to assist the placing he would have sat on the cash from the sale and bought back a month later . Just bought 2 lots of £700 as a top up . Not exspecting it to move untill news drops , so I am willing to wait . The business is good the BOD are incompetent ! But isn’t that 99.9% of AIM ? .

It was always a possibility ..But exspected a few hundred thousand pounds to tie over whilst building contracts and SP to gain funds at a much higher price . Will take news and a month to clear this lot and move on . No news it will take 6 months to clear this lot . Catch you all in a month or two . Silly BOD . Good business silly BOD .

The wise are loading up and holding . Just over 200 million shares . Peel Hunt sold about 26.5 million shares above this price the other week plus loyal big holders since day one .

Huge contracts . One contract £3.5 million they take 30-40% . Why do you think they need money with all that cash flowing in . No oil wells to drill here !

Came to market at 8p with 100 million shares . Now it has great revenue and just over twice as many shares so even 4p would be under valued accounting for dilution but not accounting for all the big contracts and rapid growth . Lots of head room .

Scully when will the pattern give us the next 385% rise ?

The potential up side is huge long , medium and short term . The down side a small fund raise would be a small blip . With all the contracts rolling in on a regular basis no2 we are getting stronger each month . If a big player is allowed to buy them out ( creating competition ) then all these big contracts with minute M Cap have made Toople a real target .
