Agreed the markets reporting is far worse than any company registered on it . 2019 contracted Revenue jumped from £60 million to £67 million over a matter of days that was months ago how much revenue are they going to report at the end of this month .

One of the conciderations when deciding will this bounce was its savings and tax saving . Not paying dividends is a good saving .

Debt free . Cash is nearly the same as the M Cap again . Regarding the Revenue the only hint is that the profit from it is not great . But £67 Million Debt free and possably £100 Million by now is great for such a low M Cap company . I have put £980 in for now . Most of my money is in the media company waiting for a RNS Monday . So Dry gunpowder at the ready . It could go either way from here ...but Debt free , £11 million cash , best part of £7 Million in forward payments as well and huge Revenue means it should really attack the pound again but this is the UK market . Research counts for nothing .

As I say no one invests any more . Some gamble on sertain events , I am gambling on a possative out come on Monday then the chance of sale news on top . Agreed I have not done as well as you as I won’t Short . But I have done ok . Shorting kills industry in this country . The Shorters roll is to forward sell shares which reduces the SP then the placing is announced at a further reduction creating more shares and dilution for the same money , then the rest of the shares are sold creating a lower SP again reducing the company value further , then it’s all repeated with bigger dilution each time . Your killing your own cash cow ! .

Agreed TWO possatives 1) Mainmarket 2) Dual listed . So both will help to protect it . Out markets relie on shorting , They say shorting is needed to forward sell shares and create a market . So Shorters are given inside info eg placing coming ...loan shares and sell into the market for us to lower the SP then placing agreed at lower price with a discount on top then the market lowers the SP again . You end up with more shares and a lower SP a double dilution . So investing cant work just spike gambles . As for Spikes roll in this process ?

You can’t invest on our markets you can SHORT them or SPREAD BET them or GAMBLE on them but you can’t invest on our markets because they need to be manipulated to assist shorting and dilution .

Spike pops up regularly on shares when the MMs are short of shares and starts to de ramp . Is he working for himself or is he working for the MMs trying to shake free shares when needed . That is the bit that I am not sure of . AIM is the most corrupt market in the world due to shorting . The strength here is being dual listed so the market makers have not got to much free rain .

As for FCA we have had Two out side accounting reports , all the FCA would do is employ the same company’s or similar who will say the same . YU predicted this and have been proactive .

It would be a huge possative if the Market are willing to take such quantity’s so close together above 90p . Personally I sold just below a pound because round figures like a pound are hard to break through . Have bought back in with dry gun powder for cheaper . Chaebol shorted down bought and sold the rise and is looking to do the same again . How low can people push the SP , who will get the lowest entry ?

The BID was 75p and the ask was 85p and they were bought in the 90p plus range . Very generous MMs if they paid so far above the BID . But AIM is crooked so it is any ones guess .

Not to mention a investor buying £100,000 worth above 90p the other day . All bought close together looks like one buyer . Shortage of shares at these prices .

The £11 million we have in the bank was raised at £10 a share raising £11.6 million if we allow for forward selling there has only been one or two days any of those shares could have been sold for any where near £10 each so influential holders still holding all those £10 shares awaiting the markets assistance .
With all that you exspect the market to reduce the m Cap below £10 Million . GL .
