I would imagine the Bond holders are demanding the placing is split between both markets evening the dilution .

For 9 months the net loss was $42.6 million ..so Over $50 million Net loss in last accounts . What are the Bond holders waiting for throw some more money at it so they can sell Team Internet at a 60% loss to what they paid/Pay . Then the extra they throw at it can be diluted in the forecasted U.K. placing .

They bought Mobfox for $17.6 million and threw cash at it for 4 years then sold it for $7.5 million ...just the cash loss of $10.1 million is staggering nevermind how much it has cost over the 4 years to make that loss . What will they do to team Internet ?

It was Halifax . Every time I tried to buy it went NT so I cancelled and tried again . Problem is the system sees it as a buy and SP rises . I like Halifax and at least they explained, so I will stay with them thanks .

Bankruptcy .... I had shares in Leeds United when the Chinese window Billionaire was buying them . The BOD were greedy and wanted paying of so he let Leeds United go Bankrupt rather than pay the BOD . The main Bond holder here hates most of the bod no secret !

Last weeks delay was the first . It was a small delay and a date was given for the meeting . Now another delay they must be in dead lock bail out or let it go bankrupt and punish BOD ( not fair on new members ) and take secured company assets team Internet allowing a small portion of M Cap ( by then very low ) to be claimed by share holders .the goal posts have moved they are getting very narrow now . Placing price will ve very low giving hundreds of millions of shares for same funds creating huge dilution . Reducing profits per share from team Internet . Lucky buyers from placing ! .

After the 6% drop from being 6% up ( on Friday ) it was £777.20p . My two top ups this morning were around a thousand each . So I only hold £2,777.00 ish . At the moment . May add more . But iYU is sat at about 99% loss at the moment just for profit adjustments ( no profit yet ) . Yes the old finance chief didn’t allow for customers going out of business .that is not illegal there was a day and age it was not a issue , but so many going bust now you need to add it into the accounts A PREDICTED AMOUNT OF BANKRUPT CUSTOMERS how times have changed .

Bonds trading at 34% face value . So the new holders lose less . Bond holders can’t agree whether to go Bankrupt or bail out yet again . This was ment to be sorted last week now postponed again . The risks are looking bigger .

I once got phoned by my broker asking me if I was trying to change the SP putting buys in and cancelling and trying again , he said it messes their system up . So this morning I put smaller buys in to be sure they went through so I didn’t push the SP up on a failed buy . From plus 6% to minus 6% Friday minus 10% this morning . I see that as a great discount ....try and break the pound again by Friday I hope . Just let the MMs friend Chaebol back in . Good luck Chaebol .

The Risk has changed , Any funding will be at a worse level due to the increased risk

Try 4p . He is being kind . The risks have grown . If a Placing has to fund the whole $20 million inc keep lights on money ...due to Bankruptsy risk it will be at 4p from here diluting the share numbers diluting team Internet profit from sale . It would end up a debt free shell down grading to AIM .

A no deal would be a placing for $13 million plus another $7 million to keep the lights on whilst negotiating the sale of team Internet at a profit . Problem is the SP for a placing at such levels with such risk I surgest the average market placing drop 40% over days few bounces along the way , then 10% discount after the drop . That is massive number of shares and big dilution . Or Bank ruptcy . Don’t forget Bonds were trading at 34% discount .

RNS have explained we have to do our bit a Placing ., maybe the Bond holders want to see our commitment first , and they can topup cheap before they reveal their hand .
Delay is more uncertainty of Bankruptcy . .. this is what you get when you start calling some one a idiot for challenging de rampers . The placing is happening it in the RNS .... dilution big style at this level .
