The Bonds are hedges against the company . The only asset left is Team Internet so why don’t they let it go bankrupt and the Bond holders inherit team Internet .

1) DEBT FREE. Yes debt free at this SP fare on U.K. markets .
2) CASH. We have got £11 million cash
3) Forward payments made till Q3 2020 ( when the next one is due ) best part of the missing £7,270,000 forward payments
4) REVENUE growing every year bare minimum contracted /Signed for 2019 is £67 million .
5) Bobby still holds over half the shares .

I have bought twice this morning , we are cashrich again . £11 million plus the best part of £7,200,000 forward paid plus Revenuegrowing year on year and this year is no exception . The negative is the error in calculating profit not allowing for none payment from bankrupt company’s ....we are debt free as well .

Spike ... I tend to post when people are de ramping . Just for proof 1) very small holding in Zioc I post about once a month if not less . 2) Slightly bigger holding in YU can go a week without posting there 3) Biggest Holding here posting to defend against your de ramping and then Babbler joined in . So don’t de ramp and I won’t defend my chosen hold . Only put my holdings as proof of when and why I post . I don5 invest on U.K. markets because of people like you de ramping them to death . 95% drop here . If you had a hundred thousand pounds invested you would now have £5 thousand left . Same with YU so I don’t invest . Clean it all up and I may start to invest .

Look back good strong day . Unfortunately our markets turn next , snakes and Adders .

A fantastic day on the Tel-Aviv market around 14% up nearly all day . No tree shakes like our false market . Yes their SP was lower than ours but the sentiment there was STRONG. Very strong holding a rise all day . Some time tomorrow we should get the vote result RNS ( note should ) . Maybe a placing a few days later after chance for the SP to climb on security and buying last 10% of team Internet . If that is how it happens a refreshing change would be for them to suspend trading as the placing clears to sell team Internet and lock some day traders out whilst they de ramp . In my dreams . Lol .

Babbler loves things like a golden cross . As soon as he saw it forming on the tel-Aviv market he posts ...I am top heavy getting worried going to sell tomorrow top slice . That was the point he started to realise he was going to top up ! Spike De ramped from early yeasterday as he wants to top up , now he has been exposed he is changing his stance to try and save some credibility . Basically don’t trust people on the BB they are not investors they are day traders who try for better entry points through out the day or week . The annoy8ng thing is they are damaging the very market they abuse . Obviously they will say don’t trust me ...hey ho all I am saying is the market is collapsing , Europe first then our market other markets will survive but will be hit . Just trade on oppertunity whilst it slides .

Spike the Bond holders and long term investors here will tell you what they think of investing . Bonds worth 35% . Investments worth 5% . Those that move around stand a better chance than those that invest and sit still . Best advice don’t invest and don’t listen to those telling you to buy or sell as they are probably doing the opposite as they post .

I do hold I don’t invest . Investing is SOMTHING you obviously don’t understand as you can’t see the difference . Investing is believing in something’s future and trying to assist in its growth . But due to shorting and spread betting and swing traders greed not to mention our placing system and it’s dilution .....I don’t see how any company can grow on our markets so I don’t believe and I don’t invest . I just hold short term for bounces from situations .

As I say I am not invested in any of them as swing traders are killing them all . I hold in YU which has lost 95% of its value , I hold there for the bounce as it has more cash than value . I hold here for the same reason it has lost 95% of its value and if it sells team Internet it to will have more cash than its value . But I don’t invest as our markets are strangling these company’s and I don’t see them growing just bouncing . Swing traders and their de ramping are killing the cash cows one after the other . 95% of a company’s value is reducing it from near half a Billion to a few million it is huge dilution . I bet only beginners actualy invest exspecting to stay put and watch a company grow on our market .

You post good information ...keep it honest and more people will take note of your posts . It was others who first posted your sentiment change as you wait to buy or sell , that’s when I started to watch for it . I would just like people to go quiet when they sell and wait for their re entry level . All this subtle de ramping for a few extra percent holds the SP back and is killing the growth of all businesses eg SP held back placings create more shares at lower SP and dilute businesses. Keep it honest and others will follow you and businesses will benefit .

Their market has been up over 10% for 5 hrs constant touching 18% up quiet a few times which translated says their market is confident . Very confident . Babbler has notedthis and more than likely decided to top up first thing in the morning so now starts the I am top slicing not so confident now and look at the conversion our market is higher . LOL Spikes little brother .

What would make a refreshing change is exsisting holders having first refusal of the $3 million that we are being asked to support . The Bond holders are doing their part we are being asked to do our part . Which is fair enough but giving exsisting holders first refusal would be even fairer then open it up to the wider market if we don’t take them all .

When I post on a share it is for its current situation and prospects from that point . Once that is achieved or fails I move on . I don’t de ramp it to death for my next entry . I stand by my point investing cant compete with shorting , spread betting and the de ramping which is allowed . I am merely highlighting this issue .

I bought into the situation with TCG a huge drop and low and behold it bounced . I certainly am not invested and would not invest in it . Because dilution on our markets is killing it .
