There are few company’s at this M Cap that are debt free never mind having more cash than the M Cap and having forward paid the best part of £7.2 Million as well ... so very very cash rush and debt free . The U.K. stock market is in great danger of complete collapse . So a debt free , cash rich company is a rare comodety . To be honest my advice is completely discount any U.K. company as it will be shorted to death especialy under Brexit , but this is debt free and cash rich so it’s a good gamble .

Are they looking forward to a Tax free year with £11 million in the bank having forward paid Two years bills to the industry and set aside millions for customer bad debt . Are they debt free with a CEO holding over half the shares . Not to mention just starting a additional branch to the business ( water ) and next years contracts signed up . If so I will take a look . They won’t get any cash back from the taxman BUT they will get their future tax bills amended to recover over payments which are significant and give the company a good head start . As for the fine I still think the majority is from businesses not paying their bills and the last accounts manager counting this money in . I don’t see a fine , if there is it won’t be huge as steps have been taken .

Not sure it’s the full £18 million but could be close to that . The cash £11 Million is crystal clear , the exspected losses money £1.3 million plus another £1 million put to one side is reasonably clear ( its separate cash held ) . Old accounts talk of £3.5 million security I think that might be the figure forward supplied for Q3 2019 trading . So lots of money squirrels away far more than £11 Million . Some where near £18 Million the last RNS mentions that .

I am still holding but keeping dry gun powder for a placing or the end of January trading report . Hedging my bets like the two big holders .

This is being set up for the Shorters again , that is why they went so quiet all at once . I have kept some funds in just in cases I am wrong but I think there will be a placing price . Extra funds would carry them through to profit .the big holders left at the same time the Shorters went quiet . Time will tell .

If they place it would be at a reduced rate ( as usual ) . They would need another £10 million to be saf3 to carry them through . The dilution would be huge . That is why it is a gamble . The worry is the de ramping Shorters stopped hounding the B.B. and the big holders have been selling . So yes it is a good gamble but it is a gamble not a sure thing .

I am invested but in my oppinion it is a good gamble . If they are going for funding and the two big players have been tipped of then the shorting effect will have huge dilution . At the moment it is just value lost not dilution .

Gareth the reason YU are in this mess is because UK businesses can’t pay their bills . Obviously the ones who have already gone bust will never pay their bills either . I am glad I have retired . But long live shorting and spread betting . Lol .

Brexit , shorting and the pound dropping like a stone . What a combination . To keep belief in democracy and voting we have to leave the EU so that can’t be changed , the pound will fall in value for years so the only hope is to ban shorting and spread betting on the markets . Shorting an£ spread betting can push YU to bankruptcy from this poin5 . The strength was the support , no big holders selling ! Now people will worry .
