Negative posters can’t distance them selves from a company’s value . The constant attacks on company’s drives the sentiment down reducing investing causing a lower SP , each time a company raises funds this causes more dilution . So negative attacks is killing industry and investing . This is why I fight the constant attacks . Company’s need investment not short attacks .

The Risks are high and got higher with the FCA now involved .
Rewards are higher from this level the placing was £10 a share , All big holders have got huge averages . If the FCA give a clean bill of health to the accounts and YU address all the concerning areas then with the £67 million signed contracts and debt free cash the rewards might be back up to £10 a share . Risk / reward buy , hold or sell . I am buying and holding . Big decisions all or nothing .

The way these public boards are used to dammage company’s . Do you not think there should be more earlier suspensions to stop the deliberate attacks to lower SPs . Or is that part of the glitter to you . Another poster has already said this should lead to customers leaving , implying bankruptcy on the cards .

I would imagine those who are worried have already gone . The ones left are in for the gamble plus those who bought this morning for a bounce . Every one is fully aware of the risks so you will struggle to cause a stampede now . But this is the time to discuss possabilitys negative or possative and theories as to what has or is going on . To me a set up to lower the SP for a reverse Take Over is a real possability any thought money spider , chaebol thinks it’s a mad idea . What do you think ?

That would explain the FCA getting involved at this late stage . So you strongly feel Bobby is not manipulating this for a reverse Take Over .

The FCA must be just a formality. Based on the fact this was not suspended . If the FCA had genuine concerns then the correct procedure would be to suspend trading before their announcement .

If you applied your valuation method to all of AIM most company’s would lose 95% of their value over night . Minimum £67 million contracted value for 2019 , debt free and millions in the bank ( last report £11.5 million ). So the value is in the potential which is already contracted and debt free . So your valuation based on cash in bank is flawed . Do you think Bobby could have set this up for a reverse Take Over ?

Has Bobby set all this up to lower the SP for a reverse Take Over ...now that would bring the FCA in to investigate .

The Ironic think is I was holding back for 0.75p ( as posted last month ) but decided I didn’t want to risk being locked out and bought in . Lol . Got my wish ! .

That report was under the guidance of the New financial officer and they then brought in two independent company’s to inspect the accounts . Stinks of a reverse take over attempt . Lower the SP first

Has Bobby decided to buy more shares ....if so as he is playing every thing by the book he would have asked the FCA under the circumstances . Just a possability . He has got 53% of the shares and didn’t sell any . Why not ?

They have played every thing by the book since reporting discrepancy’s even a new financial officer . So I am thinking they have kept the spending to a bare minimum as well . Bobby has not sold any shares !

1) Is DEBT FREE
2) As of 30/9/18 Has £11.5 Million cash .
3) In October they already have £67 million of contracts signed for 2019 .
4) Approx 80% of shares held by big players
5) Bobby has got over 50% of the shares on his own .
Such a show of strength no wonder Chaebol spends all his time on here , getting his price . I wonder how many he already holds ready to ramp it under another name . Sad .

Very dramatic Black hole . They have stopped including bad debt in their accounts . They employed a new chief financial officer who obviously recommended righting of any debt from the accounts . If it gets retrieved great but it should not be in the accounts if in doubt . 2019 contracts are already growing fast they are in the RNS .

The drop has been overdone and the biggest bounce ever is on the cards . If you want to risk missing the boat for a extra few percent then best of luck to you . But constantly attacking other people’s investments is nasty just so you a selfish individual might get a few percent extra . MIGHT is the word . You obviously believe in YU the most out of every other share otherwise you would be spending your time else where . Yet YU gets your maximum effort ...you want in for a reason !

Chaebol works for the Market . The market makes no money whilst people hold in a share ...NO buy fee NO sell fee NO spread profit . As he says plenty more shares out there but he sits on this B.B. more than any other share more than these shares he tells others about . His posting history shows this . SO at best he is trying to manipulate the SP for his buy price but more likely h3 works for the marke5 trying to keep people buying and selling incurring fees and spread losses .
