So pointing out that de ramping for a better entry point creates bigger dilution in a placing and is the big problem with the U.K. market causing company’s to go bankrupt is idiotic ? . Pointing out the dammage Spikes ramping and de ramping is causing is idiotic. Yes let’s just crawl under a stone and let these people cause dilution throughout the U.K. markets causing dilution and eventual bankruptcy and unemployment . Maybe we should munch on crayons whilst we ignore the damage being done to company’s value by increasing the share numbers at alarming rates .

Defending your chosen share . The point was you said our posts make no difference to dilution levels . Yet you choose to defend your shares , so why bother if our posts make no difference to the number of shares bought or sold . You know full well these BBs effect sentiment and people’s decissions . It’s not crap AIM shares I doubt . It is the dilutive effect of funding that I am highlighting . Will there be a placing will it dilute in a massive way . One year ago 75p a share , now 10p a share that’s seven times as much dilution for the same funds within a year ....so this is not the same ? . Then the next funding will be even worse because of this dilution . You have to be desperate to list on U.K. markets under the current system . Investing is buying exspecting the company to grow and investing in helping that process . The U.K. market buy short term for a spike they don’t care what happens to a company the following year . I tried investing but the dilution process makes growth impossible and turns a company’s goal in to survival . Spike I would hope you will eventualy realise your targeting and attacking company’s for your own financial benefit is part of this downward spiral due to sentiment .

I am not invested I am holding for a situation to give a spike . I don’t see any company surviving our dilutive fundings . But I do see short term spikes before bankruptcy . Not just here the whole U.K. market . You can’t wipe half a company’s value on every funding .....decrease in value on buildup to announcement then reduction on weeks average giving huge dilution every time . Look at the likes of UKOG Billions of shares dilution gets worse every time .

I am holding here because a 90% drop for a few million pounds adjustment whilst Revenue is on the same upward path is well and truly over done . There are possatives , cost cutting left right and centre , dividend stopped , PROBABLY a tax free year and lots of cash and this years and next years fees already paid . I nearly said invested here but I don’t invest in U.K. market as the shorting system makes sustainable business growth impossible , I just buy into situations like this one 90% drop in value whilst the company is building its revenue year on year .

I am gambling Bond holders stump up the extra $10 million the humble PI buys as the SP rises to say 18p then a placing announced with a discount back down to 16p giving reasonable dilution to the big holders percentages . Then the Team Internet sale gamble kicks in and SP makes big jumps .

Regarding your investments 2019 exspect a blood bath on the U.K. markets with Brexit and a dropping pound the Shorters should have a bumper year . The reality is shorting will hit most company’s harder than ever bigger dilution on fundings causing more bankruptcy’s leading to unemployment and causing more country debt . You don’t know how glad I am to be retired with a agreed pension , worse case I can be a rat leaving a sinking ship . That said I feel sorry for the average person . At present needing $3 million Dollars from share holders . UK fundings are exspensive with illogical fees so call it £3 million pounds to cover the fees ( $820,000 Dollars in fees would probably be rip of right ) . The question is what will the DILUTION be will it be Sp rise 100% then placing or will it be the normal blood sucking 40% drop with a reduced price of 10% on top placing giving roughly twice as many shares as aposed to roughly half as many shares . We all gamble on future events ....Spike and co gamble on placings and negative events ( shorting ) . We gamble on a possative vote and a re rate to reflect stability and the chance of selling team Internet clearing the debt and having say five times as much cash compared to the company value hence giving a five fold rise . No one invests any more investing is dead shorting has killed investing in the U.K. markets with its dilutive effects . So this is a good gamble the risk reward is huge , every one keeps warning us it’s a gamble ...my point is any U.K. buyer is a gambler investing is a thing of the past . If the Bond holders fund the full £13 million or just the £10 million that will increase their position , if it was a placing for those amounts from our current M Cap that would significantly reduce the percentage they would need to buy at year highest paid by the member paying highest in the year . That would bring huge dividends or a one of payment and still have shares in the company . The M Cap would spike as they bought the remaining shares at year high and then spike again as they sell team Internet and the money is put in to the accounts . One small point If a Take Over by the Bond Holders was to happen they would need to pay the highest year high price paid by any member of the syndicate for the remaining shares .
