Will the $10 million be a short to forward sell . Are the Bond holders saying no more from us ...only time will tell , but dilution is coming . $10 million or $3 million or the full $13 million at theses levels is a lot of shares a lot of dilution .

U.K. investors taking on all the dilution at a massive dilutive rate .more than the current company value with downward trend as Shorters are lent shares to forward sell the placing ..so more than double the current share is my guess .

MTMY defaulted on Rainmaker legal agreement at least twice . Rainmaker were not intrested in buying a single Team Internet share even at the 40% discount the agreement default allows them . So why would any one else be intrested in paying 40% more than turned down price .

For transparency I might consider 4p placing as a buy on a spike gamble .

I had all the time in the world to buy back in this morning knowing Babbler would ramp it backup . But have chose not to . Rainmaker won’t touch it ata 40% discount . That tells me a lot . They ignored at least Two legal letters from Rainmaker that stinks of Bankruptsy the Bon£ holders can’t see a wa6 out and keep cancelling and selling at silly discounts ......the righting is on the wall , so chose not to buy back in .

Bond holders now look like they won’t touch it with a barge pole another cancelled meeting . Rainmaker won’t touch our only asset even at 40% discount . Things have changed it was a one day gamble but the Bond holders are not playing ball . Not to mention I identified the BB sentiment from main players last night . So many negatives Rainmaker agreement already expired , letters from Rainmakers solicitors ignored . Will Rainmaker Buy 90% Team Internet at 60% value . Why have they not . What is the sale value if Rainmaker don’t want it at 40# discount ?

Yes I did sell first thing after seeing the BB reaction to trying to stop de ramping . They wanted the SP down this morning to buy more , but there was a un exspected sting in the tail ....

Yes last night I outed the de rampers and low and behold the regulars defended them and called me a idiot ! . Well it is easier to de ramp than defend a company that lost over 96% of its value and destroys value in every business it buys Mobfox was ok till this lot got it bought $17.6 million 4 years throwing money at it and give it away at $7.5 million how desperate they are to tread water . Bonds trading at 34% value paid millions lost over night . Yet we exspect the Bond holders to just throw a few million more in .

Company value already down approx 96% . Year low 4p ...4p that would be my predicted placing price which RNS say is coming .

The MMs do this spike here and there to get fresh money in then the big drop for the placing announcement with its discount on top . So yes there will be ups and downs as I said earlier but the general direction with a U.K. announced placing need is down . Especialy now people know they have got 5 trading days untill the Bond holders decision throw a few million more at it or liquidation and devise asset . Just the one now . Where do you stop ?
