If they had announced this yeasterday with every one knowing Virgin and Stobart in talks the SP would have rocketed , some would have got out with great profits but some would have been spiked today for 2 or 3 times as bad a loss because they would have bought in at 2 or 3 times as high a sp . I agree with the health is every thing . The markets are struggling this deal proves that a bigger recession is coming Europe as in EU is failing . My advice is forget the markets , take it on the chin and don’t try to recoup it gambling on the failing markets . If giants like Virgin and Stobart can only mannage this sort of offer , what is happening to the rest . When I realised you can’t keep the shares you have to take the penny you don’t even get to hold and see the business built back up . That is when you see the state the markets in .

This will always be a negative BB . But they will always be counteracted by TANKERS FULL OF OIL . Not only do we have to contend with Shorters , spread betters , day traders but we also have environmentalists and annoyed locals posting trying to dammage the company’s value . So this will always be a negative BB . The tankers are the saving grace each negative post can be combatted by tankers posts so ironically each negative post just encourages a tanker full of money post .

1) one offer is so low it won’t cover buying the last trench of shares from Rainmaker and Bond holders Money , how much below that we don’t know .

If the sale doesn’t happen and they need to sell MTMY just look at the offer for FLYBE from a consortium of giants Virgin and Stobart . 1p a share . So there will be a yes vote and a spike from said vote . Be considering selling on that Spike as nothing is selling well at the moment bargain basement for take Overs . The markets are on their knees facing another recession . In my oppinion . Look for the spike and leave Israel holding the baby it looks like they are setting us up .

I will be voting no after re reading . Will hold my small gamble to vote no and try for a realistic deal . Other gamble is that this offer forces other intrested parties . But it is a gamble with around a 70% down side from here .

It is a big gamble and shouldn’t be taken lightly . Any other intrested parties will be forced out of the wood work now . Failing that it all comes down to the vote .
