Investinvalue ...what would the M cAp be at 50p ? . The company holds more cash debt free at 50p . So not likely the market may give a blip there to let its friends in . But how many are debt free ? The markets are a Shorters paradise all riddled with debt paying intrest struggling to survive . Some one mentioned MTMY they have so much debt they just promised another 0.5% intrest on their debt tens of millions just to keep trading .

Synchro ..... look at the other company’s you hold and have ever held for that matter . Un less they are new to the markets I bet they are all in debt everyoneof them fighting to pay intrest on their loans or having loan notes or bonds dilutethem to death . This is established , cash rich and debt free .

99% of company’s start debt free on floating and end up in debt fighting to pay the intrest ...we are arare company DEBT FREE

We are promised a trading update at the end of this month . So maybe a few spikes as the informed top up . But generally it needs the news . I shall hold and top up on pay days . Looking for that correction to £10 .

If the asset they are buying is such a bargain at the present time and the price is fixed and they are not negotiating . Why all the delays ? Why risk letting Rainmaker put the default agreement in to force . Even after legal letters from Rainmaker reminding the Bondholders and main share holders that they have a legal obligation to fund MTMY to buythe last 10% of TI . There is obviously a big problem in the back ground . Or is it simple the Bond holders want to put up the minimum they can meaning the PLA**** needs to be for the maximum they can get . With the company only having one asset and Bonds against it the Pla**** is high risk to the funder hence will be at a low price to improve their risk reward lots of shares to sell . The SP is usualy at a 10% discount to the previous weeks average SP , so time for the market to march down maybe ? . If that doesn’t happen then could be time to buy next week ! . Is it the same rule as AIM they have to pay at least the highest price paid by any member of the consortium within the year ?

Believe we have got a mini financial up date this month so the directors probably can’t buy at the moment . As people say it moves fast either way so the next RNS should give good movement . Another pay day coming up soon ! .
