Can fully understand why Baghdad won’t commit to covering the back payments debts as they probably know into whose greedy pockets in K’stan the monies went.

It must doubly anger them that they can’t seem to get a slice of the action into their family’s accounts too.

Everything comes down to securing personal gain in this Region, and we just have to accept and price it in when attempting to do honest business - or stalemate is the default result and that affects only the poor population who incredibly just accept it.

480 million of our shares (which were bought back using our working capital) and they should be Deleted to have any effect on SP.

What a waste of working capital - which should have been used to: reduce our massive debt, in prudent acquisitions, or plant, facilities or efficiency improvements (or at worst - in dividends to us disilusioned investors).

Treasury Treasures inevitably end up as bonuses to management (haven’t they really earned them with our stellar performance ?).

Let’s keep an eye on where these sterile shares end up…….

I would imagine that a stumbling point could be that the ICG forfeit all control over that portion of our product which goes to ‘local sales’, and that our local masters have autonomous rights (as previously) to manipulate payment, our production costs claims and supply of this as previously.

How much of the “production & transport” cost can be squirreled away by the usual suspects - that’s a more realistic reason behind the “technical issues” delays.
