I personally think that a lot of CFD shorting goes on due to the historical volatility of the share price.

Seems that a CFD derivative does have a big impact on the actual asset.

We need somehow to move away from the price action being just a trader's toy...

So a 133% increase in production with the Gazelle result, followed just over a month later by a 35 % decrease in the share price from the 1.55p peak which ensued after that news.

KevinRound : if you knew what you were talking about, you would look at a chart and notice that the price action has changed significantly since the company became a producer. The winter dips followed by spring spikes may now be history.

You may be too late - as for the last 6 years it so you could have done really well trading the yearly spikes.

Anyway, what happened with you missing out on the 0.69p to 1.55p rise ? Were you too busy obsessing about who WOS may now be to notice it ? 😂

Don't forget that if a farm out is done for say just 5 wells, with the aim then to self fund further wells, some of those 5 wells may encounter issues such as we have seen with H2.

Sell block 20 and let another company deal with the complex geology of Heron, plus the rest of block 20.

Personally speaking, I would prefer a buyout of block 20. With now Gazelle producing, it has to be worth north of 200m USD.

This would provide an instant reward at long last for most at least of the long suffering LTHs, and means that focus can shift to block 7 plus the renewables side of the business.

I suspect that those who bought in more recently at between 0.8p to 1.5p would be more favourable to a farm out.

If the bashers had any just cause to pursue, then it would be to constantly criticise and mock a company such as UKOG. It is really dire.

However, they seemingly ignore duff companies such as that one on aim, and spend all day moaning about and mocking this one for some reason....it can only be because they are paid to do so.

I think you are right about them being complicit abzzba. I mean, I complained to the owners a few months back about the 198 individual, and copied and pasted to them a long list of all the remarks about wishing cancer etc that others had gathered.

They did absolutely nothing, even though his posts must surely breach their terms and conditions for using the site. Plus some of his posts must also breach new online laws which Oftel are tasked with enforcing.

For the record, at the time Thornogson made some very insulting and sarcastic remark about what I had done - I instantly lost all respect for him.

His UKOG was 3p in 2022 and is 0.022p today....it has no income, so I guess he must be green with envy that another junior resource microcap is earning 100k USD a week....

Well said abzzba ; Heron is derisked due to what you said.

It just goes to show that a little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thingin . As is treating AI responses as gospel truth, when questions are asked which miss out important facts. Heron being covered by 3D seismic data for example.

And also - if your aim is just short term trading, did you benefit from the rise from 0.70p to 1.55p, or were you too busy trying to get various accounts closed down to even notice ?

Kev : like I said - if your aim is simply to scalp through going long, then any bullish posts on here shouldn't bother you one iota.

And anyway, WOS was on here before your time - he last posted back in May. Why should he even register in your mind ?
