Unlike you though I will admit to my mistakes. I was foolish not to cash in each time that I was in profit on the 2021 spike to 9p after the EL licence was granted, the 7p spike in May 23 and the 5.3p spike in May last year after the LP wax granted.

By now I would have had a free hit, however I like you I have come to realise that aim price action is nothing like main market price action.

Do you also blame Buck for in your own words " being greedy " when it hit 9p ? I guess you will find a way to blame him for that, because a) you seem to lack intelligence and b) you are highly delusional.

Wigster - I do agree that he should avoid phrases such as " disappointed" etc. Algo bots may be at work with the reaction straight after an RNS.

Conversely though, I don't think there was anything special in the May 2023 wording that suddenly catapulted the share price on a spike up to 7p. I'm sure that some did get badly spiked on that one.

It's nonsense to make out that MB killed momentum in the share price when it hit say 7p in 2023. It was just another typical spike on a hot air RNS which the professional money took advantage of. Hamm usually jumped around telling everyone to jump in as the spike was happening, when in fact the best advice would have been the opposite depending on one's average at the time.

And Hamm wax talking about " 15p on the LP, 40p on production " early last year when the company still had zero income.

Abzzba - I am sure that fir a major drilling campaign, a farm in partner would want considerably lower costs.

I mean look how many drills PC needed to do for their 311 producing wells. They couldn't have spent much per drill, or it just wouldn't have worked for them.

TBT ; I think the problem is that some people can't differentiate between typical price action of main market companies and those listed on aim. It's comparing an apple to an orange really, and expecting them to taste the same.

A good example to study a chart of ( a chart illustrating price action ) is GCM. Just look at its volatility over a no of years. Hopefully though MATD's share price can recover from the lows the way that this one has done. I think that they were around 1.5p not very long ago, and when it has finally recovered it has recovered very quickly to a recent high of around 7p.

Abzzba - re what you said about an Indian company not using DQE. Time must be of the essence then, given that there's only about 4 months left now before the drilling window opens up again next year.

The reality is that sudden upward price movements have always been followed by big pulbacks.

At one time you gave the impression of being unaware of price spikes, and made a sarcastic remark when I kept mentioning them. Yet they are par for the course with aim stocks - have you ever looked at the charts of say 20 to 30 aim companies, or is this the only one that you have ever thought about ?

There must be a lot of trading activity on aim due to the typical price volatility.

If you pull up a weekly chart for this company, you will see that it has downtrended ever since May 2023 when it spiked up to 7p. We need that trend to be broken and a new trend established.

589 drilled by PC and 311 producing - just shows that an oil major is required to really develop these fields.

So PC have 311 producing wells in the Tamsag basin. That's blocks 19 and 21 I presume ? I wonder how many are just in block 19 which Soco sold to them in 2005 ?

Master ; if the share price was 4p right now, you would be fine about everything. Like many, you got excited too early and bought in too early.

I would have thought that there's about 4 months left now to prepare and book what is needed in for a new drilling season in April next year.

So any farm out agreement needs to be wrapped up quickly. Ditto any buy out of block 20.

You claim to be a short term trader, yet I've never heard you even comment about the opportunity to make something like a 110% quick profit recently after the Gazelle news first broke. Strange that.

Instead you focus obsessively about posters who make bullish comments, with lots of verifiable facts thrown in. If as you seem to believe, Mr P's posts materially affected the share price in a positive way, then why weren't you cheering him on for creating nice short term trading opportunities for you ? Instead his comments have been upsetting you for some reason.

I can't decide whether CFDs have an effect on the underlying asset, given that it's a derivative. Anybody shorting at the 7p May 2023 peak and who closed the position on the recent 0.69p low would have had effectively a 10 bagger.

Looking at a weekly chart on barchart.com one can draw tend lines from that 2023 7p spike. It's been trending down everywhere since then, with lower highs, though I notice that the trend lines appear to be converging, which indicates a declining wedge pattern. This can often be an indication of a long term trend reversing.

Gravy ; I thought as much. I have the loon permanently on filter, so don't really care what he posts. He's on his fantasy holiday to Oz anyway...
