Reading Frontera's previous posts, he has quite an obsession with both H2 and AI, to such an extent that combining the two he believes that H2 is now " the company maker " or the reverse.

I think it's just a feature of aim.

On another board, another aim resource company which I am following has lots of people complaining of the same thing. Their board has been infested as well. One person suggested that another poster take a rope and go to a park...

I didn't think it did because a derivative and the underlying asset are two separate things. So not as obvious as you make out actually.

TBT ; actually, consulting AI, it seems like a CFD derivative can impact the underlying asset. So that could be what the trading desks get you to - the MMs have their own trading desks.

I don't think a derivative impacts on the underlying asset though. Same with shorting through spread betting.

There are no shares available to borrow as far as I know TBT. So you can't short using shares if this is the case.

Velo ; if you were to look at a 10 year chart and draw a vertical line down it on the 29th May last year, then you would think the latter part of the chart after that date represented the price action of a different company. It's chalk and cheese from when the company was just an explorer.

Green candlesticks for example are typically much smaller than they used to be year in year out prior to that date in May 24 when the LP was granted. On that day there was a huge green candle and the price hit 5.3p. The whole price action since that date is muted as though it's being throttled.

To be clear, when I criticise the horrible and ridiculous price action, it's the exchange which I'm having a go at rather than the company.

It really is a nightmare of an exchange is AIM, and I really wish the company could relist on a proper and decent exchange.

Ftsemajor ; somehow the price action needs to shake off its pump and dump price action characteristic which has been going on ever since the company started.

40% down in 4 working days is indeed shocking.

We really need something big to break out of this - either a farm out or the sale of block 20. I actually prefer a sale of block 20 if it's $150 to $200m.

Aim microcaps are bonkers really. Look at ALRT - 8p in May 2021, and then all the way down to 0.050p by May this year. Then up to 4p on 1st October this year and now 2.31p.....

Bonkers.

Hamm ; what about all those other RNS releases when the company was an explorer ? Quite often a big spike up followed by the dump every time.

One glance at a 10 year chart screams " pump and dump. " Price action is often the main thing with microcaps. Traders tend to love them because they have a volatility which main market shares don't tend to have. MATD is actually in the top 25% of the most volatile companies listed on the LSE.

Hamm ; nothing to do with MB's wording, and everything to do with it always having traditionally been a trader's pump and dump share.

Production starting hasn't changed this so far.

In fact the share price performance since production started has been the total opposite of what he and others expected.

I'm just trying to point out really that the share price performance has been significantly worse in the period since production started. The last time that a typical LTH could have got out without going significantly going underwater was on 22nd August last year when it bounced back from the 2p June raise to 3.5p on that date in August.

Since then the highest has tended to be around 2.4p - such as where it was prior to that fateful RNS almost exactly a year ago, when the results of H1 and H2 were announced.

And three times in the first part of this year it pulled back from around 2.4p.

So my guess is that if nothing dramatic has been announced in the meantime, once the window opens again next year the share price will be retesting that 2.4p resistance. The high so far since production started in other words.
