Well I can't disagree with that, but I'm confident now that oil will start to be extracted from H1 next month, and that the signed and approved PC agreement is a done deal pretty well.

I have been here a long time - and in all that time I can't ever remember reference to an agreement document being currently drafted for " the collection, metering, processing, storage, export and sale of Block XX production. " It's all been talk and nothing else up to now.

And MRPAM will want their 11,000 or so Dollars a day based on 500 bpd per well. They certainly aren't going to sabotage it...

exactly - and this is why MRPAM have been Pm's biggest allies throughout this protracted process. And this is why we can take the PC agreement as a done deal.

Don't forget that some on here were saying for weeks that in their opinion the PC agreement is the single biggest hurdle...We can take it now as sorted, and still people moan.

Luckily it's not the same governor who sabotaged PM at every turn. We don't have any indication ( yet ) of him being equally as hostile towards PM. And one would think that it's unlikely that he can overrule MRPRAM - especially if he is feeling his way into his new position. Very likely he's a bit overwhelmed by all his new respnsibilities - hence things being slow to get done for the moment.

come on - it's clear from the RNS that the temporary facilities will allow production to start next month. There's no reason to disbelieve this.

I know all the years of frustration hearing about PMs' dealings with the Mongolian authorities can allow total cynicism to take over, but I still lean towards some degree of optimism going forward.

Nope. Oil to be pumped this next month, and one would assume that there's still a large chunk of the 9m Dollar raise left....

Jimi ; overall, to me it's very positive.

- MRPAM have cooperated with PM so as to allow production from Heron 1 to begin in October irrespective of the governor's delay in signing the permit. Presumably they can carry on extracting as long as they like whilst they await his signature.

- The PC deal is pretty well done and dusted - it's not as though MRPAM ( who have been cooperative all the way through ) are going to withold their final approval right at the end. The main thing is that PC and PM have agreed their terms and are now drafting the cooperation agreement.

Stas has already quoted figures from the June financial report whilst totally omitting the 9.4m Dollars raised in July. That was either deliberate or shows an unbelievable ignorance of facts.

Funnily enough, yesterday I was speculating that following a decent RNS the 3.4p level might be taken out and become new support. There would be an RNS spike almost certainly, and hopefully the subsequent pullback would not breach the 3.4p level, which in fact the price spiked up to at 8am on the last RNS release. Old resistance becomes new support and all that....

2000 bpd would equate to about 7p then if the market prices this level of production in on an RNS spike following an announcement that the deal and permits had gone through. Then possible support around 3.4p followed by a swinging between the support and resistance levels in the coming winter months maybe ? I noticed that your calculations seemed to leave PM with about 62% of the profit after the deductions.

Exactly right - though probably difficult for WOS to comprehend. WOS was the person who preached for weeks on end that there would be no further raise - and then a raise happened...Listening to WOS is probably extremely hazardous to one's wealth.

By the way, I think that you used a current market cap of 50m GBP in your costings yesterday, when in fact it is around 35m GBP currently. So would it be correct to say that for Heron 1 and 2 to be online producing 500 bopd each, that the current share price would need to be about 1p higher in order to factor these fully in ? So around 3.4p to 3.5p.

Indeed no company would allow, or pay, someone to write the way that he writes, and to pepper everything he writes with juvenile mentality emojis. Hamm was saying that he is a paid ramper, and I guess I followed suit. He never says anything about at all his holding though if he is actually a proper LTH investor.

Oh and Wos - as a matter of interest, why did you vanish from the board for several months straight after the last raise ? Did Mrs WOS demand an extended shopping trip holiday around the world ?

Or was it because you couldn't face the board having preached for months that there would be no further raise ?

Thornogson ; the reality is that you don't know one way or the other whether he is a paid ramper. If you do have some kind of proof then please share with all. So to call people "posters who invent agendas that don't exist " are themselves peddling an invented agenda aren't they ? The pot calling the teapot black....

He's never revealed anything about his holding by the way - despite being asked about this several times by myself.
