I've been invested since August 2019 and own 1.5m shares. I have never sold any in that time.

And what have you done exactly ? Do you own any shares and for how long ? You sound a bit like Azzba with a different username to me. I notice that you have only done 11 posts so far - so it looks like this Azzba person felt the need to create another profile on here for reasons best known to himself....

Really, that's the elephant in the room isn't it ? If Heron 2 proves to be commercial and there's still no movement in the share price then some questions need to be asked. My feeling is that right now the trading desks are having happy times within the tight and very defined range which has gone on for months now. A range means very obvious support and resistance levels which short term traders love to see and use.

Yes, I've never gone along with the idea of a Blofeld like billionaire seller sitting in a darkened room somewhere stroking a white cat on his knee, whilst figuring out how to best screw Matd investors through spiteful selling bouts.

Abbzba ; it's not a case of ' worship ' it's a case of spending 4 or 5 hours every day of intensive hard graft to try and make day trading work. Have a go yourself if you think that ' worshipping ' is what it's about. You will get a shock. That's the thing - people who put it down have absolutely no idea of what it is about. It's much easier to make lazy ignorant assumptions than it is to spend time and effort looking into something.

All I can say so far is that it seems a hell of a lot more effective than long term investment in AIM micro caps. Hopefully this Matd investment will eventually pay off for all the LTHs, but I wont be repeating this type of approach. I don't believe that AIM is an exchange worth trying to invest in. You also have swing trading, which again I think is a much better approach than simply dumping money into a speculative micro cap and hoping for the best.

Proquo ; you may be right. What about MMs though buying on the bid and selling on the ask ? Just quickly flipping the shares in large quantities ? After all, they trade their own accounts just as much as they follow a legal obligation to provide liquidity. The MMs are traders in their own right, with their own trading desks full of bonus driven 20 somethings.

It would seem so Adw. What would be your theory about the persistent selling ? Surely it's nothing to do with the raise by now - which was at least 4 months ago now ?

"Very simple - They are not small trader. They need to work to internal agenda of Share Redemption need. They cannot dispose in large go and must do 'Manage disposal'.

You rubbished everything that Doc wrote, and then suddenly grasped his MIton theory like a drowning man reaching for a lifeboat.....The same guy who said tat there would be no raise just before it happened. Lol.

And maybe you can reveal what you have made from the stockmarket, because the US day trader that I follow made another $40,000 in a day yesterday trading three US micro caps. That's just an average day for him - the other week he made $104,000 in a day. However he's a professional - not some fake guy like you who would have put a lot of people underwater if they had listened to your advice about this company....

Somebody ring up their broker and ask whether any Matd shares are available to borrow.

And if this was still selling from the raise, then why wait until now ?

If you look at a chart, in the weeks after the raise the share price rose to just over 3p. So why didn't they dispose of the shares back then with a 50% profit rather than waiting until the price is much lower and at a time that production has started ?

None of it makes sense. I can only explain the selling through the MMs deliberately keeping the price in a tight band so that they can flip shares rapidly between the bid and the ask. Either that, or a takeover in the offing and heavy price suppression going on from somebody.

Oh, and the Miton redemption deadline has passed now - though I never believed that it was a factor. Matd was not even listed as a holding on the Miton website. This was WOS' pet theory to explain all the selling.

Only a mad man would think that he can short when the brokers and their clearing banks don't make any Matd shares available to borrow....And derivatives such as CFDs don't make any difference as with a derivative you are not buying or selling the underlying asset.

We need to do away with this ' shorting ' myth. So the question is who or what is persistently selling ? Factoring in the spread there is hardly any profit from the raise price even. And the range we are in is so narrow that taking into account a wide spread there is hardly anything there for day traders to profit from - the trading range seems to be too narrow.

So who or what keeps selling ?
