Wigster ; it's only when someone spites the shareholders of a given company through peppering its board with a barrage of cynicism and endless negativity that I am likely to take a degree of pleasure in them running into problems with other investments they may have. Besides, if they have had disastrous experiences with other Aim investments then it tends to beg the question ; " why do they persist with the risk of Aim speculation and not buy some high yielding mid or large cap stocks on the main indices ? "

Doc is never objective - his whole attitude to this company is one of cynicism and of an almost morbid pessimism. People will listen to an objective, balanced point of view - I stated before the AGM for example that I believe that it would be too risky for the company to try and develop Heron on its own .

And I tend to take price predictions with a pinch of salt - especially from someone like Hamm who was saying straight after the last RNS that the price would finish the day above 3 or 4p. He says that kind of thing after every positive RNS, and lar year his end of year prediction was massively wrong. I do however look at previous price action, and notice where

liquidity areas are on a chart. Doc by the way called me " an oddball " for talking about charts - even though charts are a visual representation of the past and ongoing price action. I bet he had no idea about this fact....

Maybe you should tell us more about how you allegedly know the guy? Apparently you know what the size of his MATD holding is as well - so why all the secrecy if he's a bona fida MATD investor ?

Nobody has ever given a credible answer which explains the contradiction of why you would invest in a company and then pepper a board every single day with not stop cynicism and sarcasm regarding the merits and future prospects of that same company. Maybe you can explain given that allegedly you know the guy ?

Doc83 has been wrong on every single major point so far, but instead of fading into the background, insteaf he doubles down and tries to restore some credibility through making a big deal about predicting a daily closing price - and even then he wasn't 100% correct, as he took the bid rather than mid price. LOL.

When you are digging a big hole for yourself it's probably best not to double down and dig even harder...

They also said that we wouldn't get the Special Purpose 25 year designation - and we did.

Doc83's pet scare tactic of talking about a share consolidation hasn't happened either....

By the way, I suspect that Master may be right when he said that he think that " doc83 " works for a MM. It's what I suspected about him from the time that I first started reading his posts. I'm tending to lean to that way of thinking again now.

Don't forget that MMs have desks which are actively trading stocks - and MATD gets a lot of attention no doubt due to the historic volatility of its share price. A trader who bought at the winter low could have doubled the money for his masters had he sold at around yesterday's high of about 2.4p.

If I've ever learnt one thing from my experience of getting involved with a micro cap share, it's that the characteristics of the price action of that share are all important. The price action is visible and understandable through a bar or candlestick chart, so that patterns can be seen and understood.

Anybody saying that the price action is unimportant ( ie charts are a load of bunkum etc ) is living on the planet Zog.

IMO you are making the ' snapshot price ' mistake that the detractors tend to fall for. Look at the price action over the last 10 years as shown in a bar of candlestick chart, and you will see that you could take dozens of snapshot prices in which the price varies anything from around 1.5p up to 10p. Or even up to 38p in the case of 2017.

So there is no definitive " frozen in time " definitive share price that you can compare with now during the pre-production era. A long term chart looks like a large mountain range.

In reality in every single year we have had something like a 100% to 350% spread between the low and the high of a given year - that's simply a characteristic of he price action of this particular share. And seasonality comes into that a great deal, given that for 6 months a year practically nothing happens in terms of further activity at the site, or in terms of news. Check back and see what the low was in November for example over the last few years, and then talk about the share price being better in the years prior to production.

This Doc person really let his mask slip today. He's been thrilled that it slipped from its high of the day, even though a modicum of investigation would reveal that the price of oil slipped quite sharply in the afternoon. They never study anything in context him and Adw.

Anyway, back to the green bin for him and Adw as of now. They are both a waste of time with hidden agendas.

Adw and Doc83 showing what they know about the basics of the stock market - gaslighting people into believing that the closing price to any index or share is based on the bid and not the mid price between the spread.

To be clear - the share price did not finish at 1.90p as Doc83 falsely claimed. That was the bid price. It officially finished at the mid price which is 1.925 as shown in the info at the top of this page.

Gravy ; he thinks that he's some kind of genius for predicting a 1.9p closing price when the share price at the time was about 2p....

And anyway, the official closing price is the mid price ( not the bid ) which is 1.925, so he wasn't even correct anyway.

Glad I got under Doc83's skin today - he's now been obsessively looking through all my previous posts....😂

Bear in mind with what I write below that DOC has spent about the last 6 weeks moaning and whining ad nauseum about the lack of a signature - in fact he's sounded like a bored child screaming in the back of a car " are we there yet ? "

So let's take Doc's idea which in a pique of frustration he touted back in late March, in which he suggested that MATD should ' shut up shop ' until PC and the Mongolian gvt had sorted the sales agreement signing. What a great idea that would be given that the company would have since lost about $230,000 in income. 😂

And then of course, it would almost certainly have provoked indignation/anger from PC and possibly also from the MG, who after all want the money from the PSC...And all the disruption whilst another sales outlet was being established and the paperwork signed may well have cost the company more than one month's worth of income.

And you will notice with all his talk about raises that Doc never ever refers to the 3 parties who MATD are in JV talks with. I wonder why ? And he never talks about the possible takeover talks. I wonder why ? Yet if PC is one of those entities that MATD are in talks with ( highly likely ) then the daft suggestion to ' shut up shop ' until an agreement is signed would very likely have jeopardised all that. And very likely it would have jeopardised the good news which we received today, as I very much doubt that the Chinese like being coerced into something. It could all have resulted in a really bad situation between the 3 parties, and alienated the MG just when we have them on our side.

Samsmart ; yes, a quick drop creates liquidity for the MMs to hoover up some stock if their inventories have dried up. As you say, they can shake out stops and also scare others who may have made paper profits or reached break even.

I loved his snide comment about nothing having been done with H1 in 181 days since production started - totally ignoring the "small matter " of the long and extremely severe Mongolian winter. Pathetic.

He's obviously seething because he blew 4k for nothing when the MMs scared the pants off him in November last year. If he'd looked at a chart ( instead of mocking chart study as ' hindsight ' ) revealing historical price action he might have noticed that November has tended to be one of the weakest months of the year for the MATD share price. Hardly a surprise given that it coincides with the winter hiatus which lasts for about 6 months....

If you ignore charts then effectively you are ignoring the historical and ongoing price action - and to say that price action doesn't matter to a company's share price is like saying that metal doesn't matter to a motor car......

Do you have any idea what a Mongolian winter is like ? There is a seasonal window for doing work which only opened up again about a week or so ago.....Like I said - do yourself a favour and do some research.

Timkempster ; you are probably also unaware that in the AGM it was stated that the pressure spike issues with H1 are no longer an issue.

You just need to do more research by the sounds of it.
