Yeah these are just cars which started being produced in 1986 and as such add to the long list of early 80's models. Notice the Citroen AX and the Rover started in 1986 and ended in 1999 - I don’t know if they ever had a face lift - but those still click in my head as being quite recent - vanishing only over the last 10 years

i try not get drawn into these online conflicts, but having just read this in the guardian - i'm more concerned about the type of ******s we have running around on our streets - attending 'peaceful' protest cough cough. and his is apparently university of oxford linguistics and philosophy student. my how times have changed - the universities really do allow any trash in .

Unless its global (which it isn’t) - not much, I would have thought. The tax reduction is , however, going to be a issue for government, particularly if those people who get hooked when abroad or here behind closed doors; decided to use the black market . This is only a ban on buying , not smoking tobacco. :)

Nothing would give me greater pleasure - but its very difficult to do that ; when you are on this board daily bragging. I don’t dislike you - believe me on that , and nor am I attracted to you. I'm a caring type of person who has spent his life training people in industry , and also helping them with life - and I see you as a type of project - I can detect that your autistic and socially inept - you've got to 56 years old and still unable to socially interact with a range of people . If I can help in any way - then surly thats a positive :)

Like many on here – I’ve rode this up from under a pound. The journey has been exciting, ecstatic and demonstrated that if you keep the faith good things happen. What a party we’ve had over those three years- emotional is an understatement. These days its starting to feel like the dreg end of a party – the time of night when the balloons are semi deflating , the floor is covered with spilt drinks and used party popper remains. BUT THEN – every so often a tune comes on that we all love , the share price puts on a spurt and we all get up and dance around drunk like its 1999.

@retirment, I confess that I think you might be right about cash only being accepted by money launders and tax evaders , I’ve just been down our local Fortnum & Massons (pronounced Lidl up here) for some milk,, and the rather dodgy looking bloke on the check-out asked , in a rough, gritty, monosyllabic voice , ‘cash or card mate’ ,,, well your words rang in my ears and I hastily replied ‘oh god darhling, card, I want to ensure that you pay your taxes ‘. Bloody tax dodgers everywhere .

'He pops to the bank a couple of times a week- HOW ?' - HE LIVES in the city - we do have cities in the north. He cycles to his business each day and pops down town to Barclays a couple of times a week with a wad of cash

There are also things called Building Societies, credit unions etc.

Let me really scare you- I even have a cheque book and still write cheques.

I bought on credit last month - £300 over three payments with paypal,,, the last time I ever used credit before this was 20 years ago. If you don’t have CASH don’t buy it
