It's crazy to be traumatised by something you never actually had - the share price is only where it was in Feb/mar. It's been a mild adjustment - I fear worse is to come(but possibly more for the US than the UK) – I’m looking at yield curves on US treasuries and they are climbing.

@ret plan, If you are any good with spreadsheets - excel, try modelling some other share/investment options :) Moneymarket funds, basket of divi stocks, ETf's , physical metals, mining, try many different options :)

@Ret Plan - I think your whole plan has huge holes in it - and is too dependant on RR by the sounds of things. Perhaps adjust the plans and diversify

Ret Plan, a gree with Cev, panic isnt good. You need to make a disaster plan - ie. work through and plan what you would do in common situations. Cev him self did this with weapons training - he learnt to stay calm and strip a weapon (in the dark) and put it back together again. Once you have a plan - and know the motions - life becomes easier :)
