Tim Smith12, I write this with a warm compassionate tone, with no malice or intent to harm you. I just want to inform you that you are trapped in the ‘bonkers doom loop world’. This is a place were sane people are repelled by you, yet more bonkers people are attracted to you (since you seem sane to them). Unfortunately it’s a doom loop, since you’ll get more and more bonkers the longer you stay in that world ; attracting bonkers people , while repelling sane people. To the point that you normalise bonkers-ness.

I’ve seen it often with younger people, and their life spirals downward. The trick to escape it , is to keep your mouth shout and your eyes and ears open - and utilise the brain., With that - you might attract sane peoples company and re-calibrate to normality. I don’t write this with harm - merely with the aim to help you .

You’re correct that china would build 7 in a week, but what is coming to light now - is the quality of their infrastructure is absolutely pants and starting to fall apart at less than 10 years old. I used to have your belief too - that they just get things done; but just take that Bangkok sky scraper collapse only a couple of months back as a prime example. It was the only building to fail. China have been building along their belt road for other countries- thank god they have built nothing here.

serpentza ( a south African) on youtube lived there for 15 yrs, married and had to flea - since the CCP didn’t like some of what he published (the truth). He has a regular youtube videos documenting leaked videos from china – which clearly show bridges, tower blocks, shopping centres all starting to fall apart. The summery is that since its communism – nobody takes any pride in their work; and companies just chase profit

As long as RR has won the contract ; then no sudden jump in share price isn’t an issue. It's going to take time and money to get the production up-and-running(SMR) and then RR will have another income stream - servicing reactors (good business moat), along with aircraft engines, nuclear subs etc. Share buy back should lead to the share price higher with dividends and incomes secured. Happy Days. Baked-in - that may well be correct; many people have heard of Rolls Royce Rise over the last couple of years ; and know what they have been working on /bidding for . Rest Easy and Enjoy. Writing in a quiet reflective tone; I find it funny that I still get excited by a daily 8-10p uplift; but then have to remind myself that it’s now only about 1% increase in share price (a value which is pretty normal for most stocks). Guess I'm still in the old days of wising this over £1 and celebrating at £1.50 LOL

I don’t see a problem with this -- as long as everyone is treated equally and fairly and with respect - something that historically hasn’t occurred, but one can only hope intelligence prevails. No body chooses to be straight, Asian, g ay , black, disabled, female or male,, or trump etc. Thankfully we now have laws to protect people while re-educating those with a lesser IQ,, everyone needs to protect those laws ; so that we don’t become a state where the wrong hair colour becomes a crime. Personally; I occasionally get fed up of hearing about breading couples who go-on endlessly about what’s popped out their chuff (as if they have discovered gravity, radiation and nuclear physics) and all the benefits they get from my taxes. But I just get on with life and treat them fairly, respectfully and with dignity.
