I think everyone needs to develop some patience. This was never a trading play - it's an investment for a takeover which could last 1 day, 1 week, several weeks or months. That was always the deal if you invested.

So why panick and/or be impatient now? This scenario of waiting was always very predictable. C'mon surely you knew it would happen?

Games are always played on AIM, but even I've Learned that patience is the aim of the game :)

Sell if you want, everyone's situation is different - but remember nothing has changed if you are invested. For those saying this is similar to selling a house - dream on. It takes time to negotiate and conclude complex deals. We might also still be in an offer period and collecting offers as opposed to finalising one - no one knows.

I'm fine with all of this, done my research and happy to keep my money invested medium and long term.

i think its pretty obvious, instis are loading up and there pals (MMs) are targeting the impatient
Dont think we'll see any significant rise unless its a RNS about WK resource uplift and/or positive takeover news

For anyone selling, feel free - wont make a diff once this is sold, esp with instis buying up and whats in the ground.

I'm one of the nice folk believe it or not and dont want to come accross like i'm spamming this board - especially as i'm not even invested.

I'm just calling a spade a spade here, and exposing the rampers that tried to lure me and other here - in a typical pump and dump fashion. I take issue with them, not the respectful LTHs here.

Why do i take issue with them? Well even though its me who clicks the buy button and any investment would be my responsibility, i just hate liars and thief's and especially those that try to profit from others. Karma always gets them back - enough said.

@uknownTrader - i think the few are letting down the honourable and respectful folk here. This exposes ramper's that post headlines like "BOOM!! 10 BAGGER TIME" trying to lure in investors from other boards, some of which are less experienced and would have fallen for it today.
Since i read the rampy post its went down by 20% lol
the posters who do this nonsense know who they are and lack any real morals and values - just in it for the money

can someone fill me in on the opportunity here pls :)
if a takeover then what do you hope the SP re-rates to?
Also, the deal must not be announced yet right? otherwise would expect this to have popped by now and close to the takeover SP?
Am i missing something?

Someone was ramping about this share on another board, so im already sceptical so looking for more info while i do some research

An offer period, as stated in RNS can mean we've received an offer or when a purchaser is being sought (IMO)

The idiots are the folk that invested on other peoples say so on a board with lots of faceless virtual keyboard warriors.
Why anyone would invest on someone else's say so without doing any research themselves is beyond me.
Each investor is responsible for his/her decisions and investments, you press the buy button, not others.
There will always be folk who pump and dump, and others who deramp - thats just the game. The ONLY way to counter that is to do RESEARCH and them make your own call whether to invest or not.
No one here can promise anything, its a guesswork, something educated guesswork and others time just random BS.

You need to de-link the two. Boohoo as a business and COVID vaccine are not linked.
Boohoo was performing before COVID and will continue to perform after COVID

the rampers on here might be over the top and talk rubbish, but derampers like you are also guilty of scaremongering . Dont agree with either, learn to be more balanced - thats my approach. And back up what you say with facts and figures.

been invested here for a while, not looked at the SP or this board in ages.

Seen many rampers and de-rampers come and go, one thing remains - this is a profit making company that is growing.
Whether it's medium or long term, the SP will rise (especially once some of the recommendations from the QC report are implemented and a new auditor is placed). The noise will go away.
Also, the covid vaccine wont make a difference here, BOO was already around £4 SP before COVID! and since then the world has changed forever. People will shop online more than they did before COVID - think about it, quite obvious.

This is just a market reaction to bring down any stock that is remotely linked to online/tech, and promote the more traditional stocks (like oil). Even if it doesnt make sense for stock like BOO, the MMs will happily take back the shares they sold you for a cheaper price. They are opportunistic remember.

I'd just hold and look away for a while (unless you are desperate for funds or a day trader)

I can see someone paying us good money for the 15Moz as its in the licensed area, the rest (i.e. approx. 20-25Moz) however IMO will be something that the new buyer will have the potential to exploit later - and so we will just use it as bargaining power to get the most money for the 15Moz + WK + Sem.

@gargar - either you are joking or dont understand whats in the ground and what we are licensed for.
Why would someone pay top dollar per ounce for all 40Moz when approx 25Moz is not licensed yet?
not de-ramping (heavily invested and this will sell for more that current SP IMP) - but c'mon what a load of waffle

its designed so lord alliance can buy them all and have more shares (by placing them at 57p i think he knew the price would dip below and therefore no one would buy the 57p one's - leaving them for him to buy)

Dont think the MMs know any more than we do at this stage, they are riding on speculation just as we are.
If they had a serious whiff then i doubt we'd only climb 2%
