@DNA1 - look at bed and ISA process, basically the broker sells the shares in your share dealing account and buys them back in the ISA wrapper, however, has drawbacks
when they sell them on your behalf from the share dealing account, you still need to pay CGT on any gain. Also when they buy the same shares in the ISA, it wont be the same amount of shares if the price has went up. It helps if yu plan on keeping longer term and once they are in the ISA any future gains wont be taxed
I've been invested since last Monday, tip from the EUA board. Dont post often but up nearly 6 figures on this :o -top sliced and will wait until this is higher before even considering selling
