Irrespective of FSP - ‘the company has now received several proposals including a proposal from a credible party for the potential acquisition of substantially all of company’s assets. The board has decided to focus on this potential asset sale’

This is legally worded by DLA and no way would it be included if it was not a serious and credible offer.

And so ‘substantially all’ of EUAs assets have received a credible proposal. Look up ‘substantially all’ and it will make more sense to you.

And exiting the FSP and offer period to double down on the credible proposal sounds fine to me. The exec chairman would also have to be very careful to state things such as ‘could allow us to pay a significant dividend to al shareholders’. You can’t just say stuff like that in an official RNS without considerable confidence.

They are not playing in the mockery mouse league, I hope your short loses you a lot of money. Be good if you’d take your mad self to another investment that you believe in.

Lots of potential here and different folk have different reasons for selling. Just hold and this will come good, warrants at 50p remember - we will surely hit that mark in summer.

Follow the money

The negative ones are pathetic and missing the bigger picture here. Think about what that RNS means, lay it all out and truly think about the district as a whole, the market for PGMs and how much we have access to. Irrespective of FSP - EUA are set up very very well. You simply can’t deny that - it’s a FACT.

So it’s clear to me that you are either a shorter, have got burned in the past or trying to trade this. Whatever the reason you are not invested so just disappear and give the real investors a break.

The over the top ramping is also unbearable so tone it down folks, we’ve not made it yet. Be balanced but optimistic.

Nothings changed here. Just look away and hold, spend that time looking at other stock until this one is ready. So many other opportunities out there that have made lots of £££s over the past 2 months.
In the meantime, with EUA the price will go up, down, sideways - doesn't really matter in all honesty. We are all here for the sale!
Its funny watching the dynamics from the sidelines though. It goes up, and it gets unbearably rampy, it goes down and then it gets unbearably de-rampy
I sometimes wonder who the keyboard warriors are and whether some folk are just either high on something or confused about why they are here

So all in all a neutral RNS for me, meets my expectations (because i never got carried away with WK in the first place).
MT is what its all about.

At investor12 - I try as much as possible to only deal in facts and these volumes are what they have stated for now.

Can’t speculate on what else might exist. But I’d imagine these are the volumes that would be used at WK if it’s included in the sale - otherwise what’s the point :)

Before i say anything (due to the risk of being shot down as a de-ramper lol) - i am very heavily invested and still think we will get at least 67p. Im just a realist and have my own expectations of how much i will make here.

MT has always been the 'prize' for me and i've always considered WK to be a very minor contributor to the final sale price (if its included). After reading that RNS i still stand by that and my expectations remain the same.

Some of the WK comparisons with bushveld etc. always sounded ridiculous and unless i misread that RNS i take away the following:

- Total mineable reserves are 158koz PGM up to 225koz PGM
- Inferred resource in wider area could be up to 760koz

We only own 68% of the above. Run the numbers and very quickly you will see that the most we'd get if we sold this lot is well well below $1b. Have i missed something?

Still great to have a green open-pit year round mining operation, but MT is the prize that will have the biggest bearing on the SP, not WK. If WK is included in the sale, i cant see it being any more than 15p per share (at best)
