Bit difficult to say about cashflow as spend has not been stable, what with CUDA and capex spend changes. what we do know is that they have been paying down the senior debt so I assume they wouldn't do that unless the had spare cash.

Wells BFU 44-21V and BFU 34-20V 4,325 barrels increase over June.
Well BFU 21-35-76 ST A SN 3H did not produce at all in July and its one of the BIG producers - hopefully this is the one Art mentioned coming back on line first week of August.
Well BFU 22-27V only producsed 4 days in July - was this the one mentioned coming back on line 26 July??? 170 b/d over the 4 days so should be back up to full produciton for August.

Rough numbers I think we could be well over 50k Barrels for August

Also forgot that now the little grouse has gone off we should be starting to drill the existing BFU field... from the 2021 annual report:

"COPL's operating affiliate, Southwestern Production Corp, is in the process of securing a drilling rig for the delineation drilling program and the planned drilling program of 8 additional production wells and 1 injection well at its producing Barron Flats Shannon Field."

He bought 23rd and 24th, so if there was a 30 day blackout that fits nicely with RBL signed of at end of Sept. I'm not convinced there is a blackout period for the RBL as they dont actually know yet when it will be signed.

July Production - seems overdue still not on the pipeline.wyo.gov site. Not expecting any major increase but will be interesting to see some of the wells that have been fixed if their daily BOP is now improved.

New Reserves report - required for the RBL and Art said "its in hand". Should just be a recalculation now including CUDA but maybe some small increases as they continue to increase data on the fields.

RBL - stated terms "expected" to to be signed by end of Sept. But either way they will update by end of Sept. They expect to draw down from the new RBL in Q4.

August production (end of Sept) - this we all expect to show increased production.

October - start drilling the 1 billion field :)

Other RNS's - resolved the casing supply issue? Junior debt tranche? Paying of the hedge? JV?

The blackout period happens before a director buy not after. If Art is buying then it means theres no "insider knowledge" that is due to be released that could materially affect the comany value. #Theres usually a blackout period before any earnings report - quarterly for COPL.

As they have already talked about the RBL several times and given indicative timing I doubt the RNS of that will require a blackout period unless its sugnificantly different than they stated in the last presentation.

The RS report is a resource report not reserves or production and they have already summarised it in the last presentation - you can see the extracts on the COPL website.

What project increase are you asking about? Production? if yes then its ongoing work, it wont complete by end of August but we shoudl start saying the figure rising as they complete workovers and infrastucture upgrades. IMO very littel of this work was getting done because of supporting the bankrupt CUDA.

As Oiler87 again hasn't backed up his negative statements I thought I would check my own facts about what COPL have stated re future financing.

In the latest investor presentation with Art and Ryan; Ryan talks about the financing (starts 57m 15 secs).

He talks about 50-60m of RBL (bit of a slip when he says 50-80m).
He says RBL will be the senior debt tranche and there will be a junior tranche - AND HE CLEARLY SAYS we expect this to be in the form of pure DEBT or simliar structure" and "used to finance infrastucture, which banks like lending for" and "drilling captial costs"
They expect to sign term sheets on the RBL and update by end of September

Its a 3rd party site .... so delay is not COPL, they just send the numbers in like every other oiler.

They dont seem to have a specificday they issue the numbers but does seem a bit later then usual.

Any updated reserves report is a formality for the RBL, it won't have the new find in it becuase that needs to be drilled more to confirm P1/P2. So don't expect some big jump from 38 million.

Doug - COPL didnt get any more money; the BH conversion is just swapping debt for equity.

also people are forgetting the 119% BH early redemption charge - so for todays conversion look at it like this - they got 1,999,000 shares but the bond was actually in principle 2,557,096 shares worth
