Not exactly copls fault, a protest lands 10 days before the hearing. They have a point about the detailed plan not being ready ... but that will be done now before 11th Oct. If copl had gone ahead with the hearing and got rejected thencould be at leadt 3 months before they could get an appeal date

annoying but the flaring is only a part of the temporary solution to the high pressure issues ... they are already putting the higher producing wells into the existing gas gathering infrastructure, the RBL will mean the can extend that infrastructure to the whole field

COPL will need to say something if the application isnt being heard today becuase its another month to wait for the next sitting and Art has said a few times that the application is being heard in September.

yes MM's tried dropping the SP to low 16's to shake some out ... didnt work very well, just encouraged more buyers :D

Yes a large limit buy will hold the SP back, provided If its not far off the current SP then MM's are always going to try and shake people out to fill a large buy. Of course if you put a silly buy price in its going to get ignored.

People expecting a massive daily jump ..... I dont see how thats going to happen with MM's keep going NT ... to me it means they dont have the stock to sell so they limit the ability to buy ..... and unless theres larger buy orders placed (fill or kill) (and I dont mean 100k stuff) MM's wont be bothered about raising the bid. So we are stuck in a slow rise.

he seemed to have to stop himself a couple of times saying what the produciton numbers are ... kept having to force himself to say as per what we said on August 16th ....he knows what the prod numbers are, I bet he's busting to say :D

Art basically says the enterprsie value should be 4 times what it currently is (based on the 2p reserves). If you assume the debt doesnt change much then all that increase would need to be in the market value ..... thats $300mln on top of our currently Mcap !!!!!

This is why he keeps saying the market hasn't caught up to what we have.
