Re RBL - I dont see how it will come with more warrants - its a loan from a bank, they dont dabble in taking warrants IMO. However there may well be warrants or shares as payment of the fees for the "arrangers", they did this on the bonds last time ... yet to see if any of those warrants get picked up though and they are nearing expiry.

I suspect a monthly RNA MAY happen at some point but probably not until next year at earliest ..... if you think about how "young" COPL is in its present form post Atomic plus CUDA; its been a long period of consolidation and overcoming "startup" issues.

We are now hopefully (crosses all fingers) on the cusp of significant moves forwards in terms of capital sources and production levels .... and whilst Art can say "the market hasnt yet recognised what we have" he still hasn't yet proved it. IF over the next 6 months COPL acheives its goals then the market will sit up and notice.

They said they would update on the terms sheets at the end of Sept - they had better do; if Art wants the SP to move north he needs to deliver what he says he will when he says he will and no more excuses .... prove to us he is the oilman many of believe he is.

I still don't expect him to start giving out monthly production numbers but if he does then they need to be accurate, not we are at 1600bpd .... when, for what time period, is that minimum now or was that just 1 day our of 30 and he just plucked that day out to mention?

antha ... why would you say the RBL wont happen until production has substantially increased ?? The RBL is a not reliant on production increases only the the asset value $492m and the ability of COPL to repay on the terms ... and as the terms should be a LOT better than the current "Credit Card" debt then repayment shouldnt be an issue.

you are not going to get Art stating the monthly production numbers .... just dont ever see them wanting to RNS monthly production .... you just have to wait for the pipeline figures to come out (hopefully next Friday)

Ah youbeat me to it LLP. All this talk of the BH having forward sold into the last rise is nonsense as the bid never stayed over 16.5 for very long and there certainly wasnt 2 million shares getting dumped in that time. Volume at best was about 3-4million on the high point day.

Drilling campaign for current fields (+8 wells per last plan PLUS FED deep (the 1billion) so includes drill rig confirmation, casing issue plan.
Firmed up production forecast for 2023.

Permission to flare at more than they currently have approved has nothing to do with the RBL. The RBL is secured on the field as an asset and based on the new NPV of $492m.

The flaring just helps with controlling the high pressure they have due to the MF outperforming. Once they get the RBL they will build out the top side infastructure to cope with the pressure ... OPEN THE TAPS .... 5000bopd whoopee

Im going to guess at 48k and hope its over 50k. A couple of the big producing wells should have been back on line for August and it will be interesting to see if they have been able to open the taps more on the 2 directly tied to the gas plant now.

Production from pipeline normally comes out near the end of the month about the 28th ... it was late for July numbers, didnt show until 1st Sept.

No - Jan 2022 195m shares, currently 264m shares and I think we have something like $12m more in the bank than then also
