the RBL is to restructure our senior debt ... its secured on BFSU NOT the FED DEEP so nothing to do with any JV.

Yes a JV might bring some money and equipment to the deal so we dont need a junior debt tranche and we can go full throttle on FED deep from January .... but if Art is ramping up BFSU production we will shortly (this month) be cashflow positive.

Interesting that he sadi the FED deep drill is "put back" to January ... that still gives him time to get casing and start off on our own ... he's a wiley old fox and any JV is going to need to seriously SHOW US THE MONEY

This JV has no doubt changed their plans on the RBL ..... no need to overborrow if they are bringing in a MAJOR oil company (that has casing as well)

See the Production forecast in the presentation - theres an imediate jump to 2500 barrels within the next couple of months (presumably due to additoanl flaring plus continued workovers). They are looking at 3000 bopd next year on the EXISTING wells ... if they hit their expansion plans then its 8500 bopd - AND thats the Ryder Scott forecast which will be conservative.

I dont see what big news he can give in the interview that hasn't been RNS'd beforehand. They have 20 minutes to give a presentation so I'm hoping theres going to be some production forecasts .... if its the same deck from the last presentation then its going to be a damp squib
