I'm disagree with you saying the field is relying on the flaring .... flaring will improve safety and increase flow while they resolve the pressure issues .... its certainly not stopping them produce.

The waxing is a common issue in that region, they handle it liek all other producers do .... he said that yesterday. What is annoying is he went on and on and on about 1 well being a problem .... and 5 seconds confirming that it was sorted and the being brought back on line (the 6th one they have done recently)

Tubing / Rig - they explained all this ... no point paying for a rig until the tubing is there - Tubing is an issue for all at the moment, but it will get sorted

Funding - they said no more dilution - its going to be all RBL's now (yep we have heard that beofre also)

ITs just a conversion ..... but I also doubt they are forward sold becuase they can't issue the shares for another 90 days at least and I dount someone would fwd sell that far out

Its 10m shares swapped for $2m of principle 2025 bonds - I really dont know why the bond holder would do this so soon after the bonds issued unless they know they are going to make a **** ton when the SP rises. I said last week I can't see why they would forward sell for what 1p-1.5p profit - mdoesnt make sense if they are long term investors and have just lent out $20m

they other 6m shares is payment to the brokers for arranging the bonds - noce $1m fee there (angryface) .... why then give them another 6m warrants just beggers belief - mates rates again

they already have the drill funds - they raised 8m and 13m (in april)

The bridge loan is no more it was replaced with the Convo loan notes - read the RNS.

The Warrants attached to the 13m placing in April are exercisable at 24p and expire on th 24th October this year - none have so far been exercised and if they did they wouldn't be dilutive would they as we get the cash.

the warrants attached to the recent Convo loan cannot be exercised while the company is in a 90 days moratorium on all new share issues. I fully expect the lender will exercise these warrants at some point, but not for at least 2 years.
