BOD's never ending silence on multiple overdue news continues to play into the hands of the derampers and shorters. Any other BOD would have at least put out a "calm down" RNS by now oh but not our perfect, can do no wrong EUA BOD .... they are more than happy to let us bleed

deadline for appeal passed on the 18th June (14 days after the court judgement)

Most companies are really not interested in the share price unless they intend to raise funds or the BOD bonuses rely on it being a certain level or they are up for reelection.

EUA is up for sale so the current SP means nothing to the BOD, once the sale and price is announced the SP will rerate x10, x20, x30

Ypu understand they have already missed the AGM deadline !!! They had to hold by 30th June and give 21 days notice ... too late for that now so they will get fined for that.
Hope to god they dont miss the deadline for submitting the accounts becuase they could get suspended for that with a very good reason ... and Geo politic is not good enough when you consider other russian companies that are actually sanctioned have hit their reporting deadlines

Had a good look through the 2020 annual report today and notice theres very little on the FSP (that we were in at the time).

However in 2021 the FSP was ended at the point of "received a proposal for the potential acquisition of substantially all of the Company's assets and the Board decided to focus on this potential asset sale". "Since then, we have seen additional interest from other parties" (source half year 2021 report) .... we then get into DD with this potential asset sale party .... thats ended in Oct 2021.

My question is what are we likely to see in the 2021 full year report relating to what is clearly the single most significant activity for EUA and the clear focus of all shareholders (therefore they can't just gloss over it). I also wonder how much NDA's are going to play a part in what can be said in the annual report.

the rise in POG today could be shorts closing .... when it gets suspended they are stuck like everyone else .... and I imagine they have done quite well out of POG so far

POG - dead cat bounce. I don't see how the SP hasn't completely collapsed there ... maybe people just haven't realised that the company is effectively now not a going concern and will probably be suspended shortly
