Purely on more sells then buys at this low low volume..... theres been several multi 100k sells today and only balanced by lots of small pi buying .. £1000 here and there doesnt help us go green we need the larger ii's to come back and they wont until the BOD start communicating whats going on

They aren't going to force UK listed companies with russians assets to delist and destroy 10's of millions of peoples investments ... pi's and pension schemes ... are they? That does nothing to damage Putin only UK citizens.

I think they are running out of ideas now .. .removing UK "services" ... no thought for the few thousand people that will now get made redundant because their jobs no longer exist

Not entirely sure what your sarcastic reply was about considering we are both saying the same thing .. the BOD dont RNS anything until 2 months before the AGM .... reasons they do that? I imagine we have different opinions as to why.

What your basically sayng is that for 10 months of the year the BOD dont communicate and its only the 2 months prior to the AGM they fluff up the company, presumably so we dont cause a stir at the AGM !!

Yes they would have to RNS ... the problem being its been so vague as to what the sale is for and how many parties are involved or indeed how many different sale transactions are happening in parallel if one falls through then they could reassonably not say anything if they continue to persue the rest.

LOL ... all that nonsense on twitter and here over the weekend about "should see a rise to 15p on Tuesday" ... errr no its BAU, so no RNS, no comms about any operational activites for months, certainly never any status update on the 2 year sale process.

But not to worry becuase its the AGM in 2 months time we are bound to get some news before then ... really why would the BOD change their MO now?

The idea that they wont RNS because it will draw attention to them doesnt hold for me. Under market rules they have to RNS price sensitive information ... yes of course they can "delay" for many reasons but other Russion based companies are still RNS'ing and the UK gov hasn't sanctioned them.

Are UK gov really going to sanction EUA for an RNS on license transfers ??
