Tygra ... you've gone all negative again .... they aren't going to be allowed to RNS "we'll hold the AGM at some point in Q3" are they now, LOL.

They will not initiate the AGM notice period until they know 100% the date the accounts are complete and audit sign off received. That was the whole point of the RNS yesterday !!!!

Agreed the submission of the accounts is the important part - or its suspension until they are submitted and a fine. The AGM not so critical as along as they give the correct notice (whihc is what they have said will happen)

I suspect they will still get a fine for delaying the AGM but as long as the accounts are done then that should be it

I agree with Caws analysis they needed to notify re AGM on 7th ... which is why they put the RNS out on the 7th .... of course as usual it wasnt clear in the RNS why they were saying what they said about the accounts not being ready and that creates lots of debate.

I guess they are now talking to the AIM regulator about what delay they are allowed and does their excuse of "GEO political bla bla" hold water.

Panino .... I think tomorrow is the last day for them to annoounce the AGM if it was to be June .... but nobody is expecting that now after the last RNS

IMO they put that in place ready for the sale. They have said maximum divi of 80% of distributable reserves. ... basically 80% of the net sale proceeds.

Also IMO they expected this sale to be done for the AGM but then idiot Putin started a war.

Great news for Les and his family ..... a nice sale RNS would be the icing on the cake this week

I'm not one for putting a positive spin on anything this BOD do anymore as its been far too long a "sale" process and I, like most, I assume are just staying now out of sheer bloody mindedness

RNS seems straight forward enough .... they dont know when they will have the accounts complete (Expect still hit end of June) sooooo until they know that date they cant notify for the AGM

Durban wont gove a toss what price they sell at, they bought at 1p and their investment is just play money for them.

I expect they were just moving investments about .... no point trying to second guess if they will sell more or even buy more.

They only need to sign one big high street retailer and the SP will rerate, IMO.

Considering the complete lack of sale news for months now (IMO due to NDA's) there probably isn't anything they would be "allowed" to say in any interview.

They said in the last RNS the sale is still happening ... they only other questions would be when and how much ... which they can't answer outside an RNS
