Problem is we dont know what the NDA's cover .... if you assume they are persuing a sale of most of the company then any info related to anything will fall under a pre sales confidentiality agreement.

The longer the silence the more I am thinking they are selling the whole company.

Agreed, no need for another sanctions rns, but an rns on actually what the company has been doing for the last 2 months ... cant see us getting anything about the sale until its done or not

gswitch ... how about you have the decency to read the RNS properly and peoples replies to you .... you wont find CG on the FSA list becuase its under Mccoy Health and Puries.

And no I doubt very much the newspapers got permission from the FSA before posting their articles ... they have taken the FSA report and put 1 and 3 together and come up with minus 12. The story was sensationalised becuase of the celebrity links aka DB ... expect a correction in 2 weeks on page 18 in the corner were nobody will see it

Excellent post LB. Its easy to forget what has happened and concentrate on what "appears" to be not happening.

Its still frustrating that there are several key peices of information that should have been RNS'd by now and that the assumption has to be that they are under NDA or that the BOD has detwemined the are not RNS-able.

I'm just praying that the recent silence is becuase we are in the final stages of the sale and therefore no point RNSing any info becuase it will all be irrelevant when the Sale RNS appears .... tomorrow :D

RNS 12th Apr 2021 the FSP came to an end and the RNS said:

"the Company has now received several proposals including a proposal from a credible party for the potential acquisition of substantially all of Company's assets. THE BOARD HAS DECIDED TO FOCUS ON THIS POTENTIAL ASSET SALE".

i would have said he is an absolute ****roach ... but thats an insult to ****roaches.

Unfortunatley I seem to be in too many shares were he and his band of paid sycophants are present :(

surely if they had decided to initiate Sinosteel then the sale is off and they HAVE to RNS that ... so I dont really get the point.

The problem is that prior to WAR in Ukraine starting the BOD were issuing 4 or 5 RNS's a month ... now nothing and everyone seems totally ok with that !!

Read the RNS ... assuming you can read

AGM on the horizon ... if BOD havent given clarity on the sale and all the other massively overdue news before then PI's need to get organised and take a stand.

Considering how long this sale is dragging on its amazing there hasn't been any credible leaks as to who the interested parties are, particlualry the DD party and whoever wants to buy most if not all of EUA (presumabnly same party as did DD)
