IMO, it seems that they were hoping to have some revenue news to report before releasing these poor results but the sales never arrived. No surprise there.

If the company continues on the same trajectory until 31/03/21, the total revenue will be £3.7M (£2.5M (15 months to 31/03/20) x 12/8).

Revenue of £3.7M for the year to 31/03/21 would be 20% less than the company achieved in 2018. Is that progress?

That's not a great choice to use as a comparison - they have a board made up of 25 members.

I'm stopping here because it's taking me down a path that I don't really want to go. I do believe that JC and HP are overpaid, based on the size of company that they are attempting to run.

If someone opts to be paid in shares from this 2.5M pot rather than being paid in cash, can shareholders demand to know who it was paid in that way?

It makes me a little suspicious.

Simon's salary was the same.

If you pay yourself 50% more than the job's worth, perhaps you could get your numbers out 50% quicker, instead of hiding them until the last possible moment, hoping that nobody's paying any interest over the Christmas break.

The interims will read:-

* Revenue - £1M to £1.2M
* A bit of cash received
* There's a substantial order just around the corner

£138K equates to about £600 per day worked, which appears to be about 50% above the going rate for that role.

Just because Simon Smith paid himself that much (and more on occasions), it doesn't mean that the next person is entitled to the same.

Shareholders (including Johns-Powell) need to put a stop to this.

While we're waiting for the interims, can anyone explain (briefly) why Heather Pea****'s annual salary went up from £72K in 2018 to £138K in 2019, being a 92% increase.

I thought that the company was supposed to be in a period where they are looking to cut costs. Obviously, that exercise only related to some costs.

Looking at their accounts again is good fun, like watching Arsenal kicking the ball around endlessly/aimlessly on Sunday.

"HB's salary includes payment in lieu of notice of £150,000." Surely he deserved far more than that. After all, what can you buy with £150K these days?

They don't spare the horses when it comes to their own pay, do they.

£243K - JC
£172K - Heather Pea**** (90% up on the previous year)
£205K - Harry Berry (who?) ????????????????????????

Keep those R&D tax credits rolling in. Great use of public money.

They have 50 employees generating £1M revenue in six months. Really, what do they do all day? I've never known a company like them.
