Is there any way of finding out if Anil treated himself to some more shares during this latest show or is it only board members who need to disclose?

Rather than wasting her time with these presentations, why doesn't HP crack on with the preparation of the accounts for the 6 months to 30/09/2020, which would help to get them out before December (as indicated).

Nothing is going to change between now and the end of the month (12 days), apart from recording the salaries of course.

Most investors aren't really that interested in the technology that they tend to go on and on about, they're more interested in the numbers (££'s). Why they can't produce quarterly accounts I'll never know.

While there is a reluctance to provide the numbers, investors will stay away. The space is then left to gamblers (like me), taking a punt but that's all it is.

They give the impression that they are flailing around, desperately trying to understand why the market has not reacted more positively to the recent series of RNSs.

Really, what was the point in this latest presentation? If they've got nothing better to do, they could at least pretend that they have.

Obviously, my dividend query was a joke (or an attempt at one). This company will never be in a position to pay a dividend.

Was there any mention of when shareholders can expect to receive their first dividend?

I didn't miss much then - big surprise.

The market's reaction to the latest series of RNSs must have left JC & Co pretty deflated.

We'll have to wait until December now for the 6 months accounts to 30/09/2020. Shareholders will be expecting a dramatic improvement in the company's performance being reported then, won't they? I will be.

If things are so rosy, they should release the company's accounts for Q/E 30/06/2020. If investors or watchers like what they see, they'll invest.

IMO, the BoD don't understand why the SP didn't rise following the last 3 RNSs (order, directors buying & JC buying) and are fishing for an explanation from its own investors.

All I'm expecting is a reiteration of what we've read and heard only a week or so ago.

I think that the 350K order was the one JC was referring to but LTI seemed pretty sure that it wasn't.

Unless the company tells us, we'll never know.

As Anil's statement took 10 weeks to come to fruition, perhaps JC's will land in November if he manages to pull it off.

Not as far as I know but I guess that they can write about whoever they like. They just don't appear to have written anything about Cyan. Still smarting after being fired (joke).

Cyan has a link to FinnCap's research portal https://cyanconnode.com/investors/analyst-research/ but when I register and search for anything on Cyan, there's nothing. Am I having another thick attack?

Who sets the options price (10p)? Is it the remuneration committee? When would have the 10p have been decided on? Any idea?

Obviously, there will be one but it hasn't been penciled in yet, according to Cyan's website.

It's now easy to work out that DJP's average is 21p (less the impact of any tax reducers (EIS investment) that he has received). That's about £3M down on his £3.8M investment (excluding tax rebates).

JC's average is 27p'ish, leaving him down £820K on his £1M investment.

Let's hope that JC gets back into the black.
