The sums required to fill the gaps seem fairly minimal nowadays, which implies to me that things are in a pretty good shape.

IMO, the investor (S Chari) is not a company but a person from Warwickshire. Another Albert E Sharp client with a few bob averaging down would be my guess.

That was based on him/her taking holding from 2.99% to 4.27%.

Who knows what they paid for their previous holding.

I guess that we are going to have a series of RNSs now notifying shareholders that employees are taking shares in lieu of salaries.
