I think anyone reading the way you treat other posters paints a picture for all to see. I don't want others to lose money, I'd like the company to actually find some lithium and real gold, not comedy gold. I have only lost a few hundred pounds on a small purchase of 4,672 shares. My other investments have gone up £16,500 in the last 10 days so, while irritating, it doesn't matter in the scheme of things.

In the absence of any info from anyone on here or elsewhere as to why Met1 might be a good stock I'll watch from the sidelines. Over and out and GLA.

As for the FTSE 100/global investments I have done reasonably well. And in my SIPP i have bought/sold some good shares and some absolute stinkers (Superdry!).

I don't know why you are so aggressive on here. I have twice bought Met1 and thr price has gone down. I am trying to find out more about the company and its long term prospects. You have not offered any help so far but seem convinced. You want people to buy. Please share info. All the best , and well done on the rise today. I wish i had bought 50,000 shares this morning. I would be back in the blue now!

I expect I have plenty of FTSE 100 & S&P500 shares but this is my speculation pot in a SIPP.

It is odd that you have not answered any of my honest questions as to why you think MET1 is a good company to invest in and the fact that when more of the 2p warrants are exercised the price will be depressed still further.

I would have thought that, as has happened several times, when the warrants come in normal supply and demand rules mean the price will go down again.

If you talk the share up and articles appear saying this share can fly people will buy shares inbetween the warrant exercises and those that time it right can make money on the ups and downs.

I was mote interested in the company's fundamentals and wondered if you knew anything you were prepared to share. All the best in the dark

We all have to start somewhere. I have had the vast majority of funds spread across all kinds of assets but dabble in shares a bit in a SIPP.

It's funny that I ask some honest questions about the prospects for Met1 and get told I am "deramping", "bleating" and "it's best to invest elsewhere".

My main questions are "why do you think Met1 is a good buy" and "won't the 2p warrants seriously depress the SP unless some solid news comes from the company re mining their assets".

I am not trying to "cover" any position or talk the price up or down but I think these forums work best when people share information (which does happen on other boards from time to time).

I want this share to soar but before I invest again I'd like to know more. Regards.

I don't currently have any shares Tom. I bought some at 41p and sold at a loss. I got back in at 37p and sold at 27p!

These are facts. You are being very ride when I just asked what makes you think this is a great or potentially geeat share? I am sure you will reply in the same vein - as if I am some kind of strange manipulator of shares! If only. Just someone who wants to know if you know anything. As my name suggests - i know nothing. I am in the dark!

Hi Tom - Did you read my questions about mining prospects and the warrants? They are genuine questions from someone who doesnt know the answers.

I also don't understand this stuff about ramping and deramping! And I honestly don't know how to go short on a share. I know what shorting is but not how to do it. So best not to accuse me of being something I am not. It is just yiu seem very very certain about the prospects for these shares and, having had my fingers burnt, I wanted to find out more. Also "bucket loads available on the ask" - what does that mean? Thanks

Hi Tom - do you know the answers or do you have any info re my questions. I'd like to invest in lithium and gold mining but there seems little point in Met1 until the 2p warrants have been exercised. As for the mining areas it is difficult (for me) to find much info. As I say I know next to nothing about buying or selling shares but all this talk about ramping or deramping seems to be a bit of a distraction. And I don't care whether the share goes to 14p. It was above 50p the other day as investors piled in, presumably on the back of what appeared to be news articles saying lithium etc was essential. It is essential but we don't have much info re whether Met1's sites are any good. Regards.

Question 1.

How many warrants and options are waiting in the wings?

How good are the prospects for the mining areas in Europe and the USA?

Does Met1 have enough capital to properly search for metal in these areas

What is the best 'guestimate' for the assets held by Met1?

Has the Board indicated when news, positive or negative, might be announced regarding drilling/surveys/exploration.

I know very very little about buying or selling shares on AIM but aren't these some of the important questions that need answering rather than attacking each other?

I bought a few on the advice of a friend and sold them at a loss because I hadn't realised there were a load of warrants waiting to be exercised. Yes, my fault for not researching but in my defence my friend is usually thorough!

I know nothing but don't all buys have to have a seller & vice versa?

Don't forget many shareholders will own shares in Isas or Sipps and avoid tax. The yield of 6/7% or so is more attractive when you keep all of it + the possibility of a sale of studios or a takeover.... although that takeover pot of gold has been at the end of a rainbow for a long long time now. Elusive.

troubles. Actually one last thought. When you take into account 67 million people in the UK (roughly) spend a lot of time in their homes and only a small (but significant) proportion go out heavily boozing on a Fri/Sat night the temporary ending of boozing/sport should still result in fewer A&E visits. We need to compare per thousand or million people living at home for four hours with the same number out on a Fri/Sat night or playing football or rugby for a similar time. I have 4 sons who have all played rugby and in an 80 minute game I am quite sure more people are injured than would be the case were they at home! Lies, damn lies and statistics etc!

you're quite right troubles. There goes my moment of hope! At least I can find something positive here. These are American statistics...surely we can do better!... and I see guns are responsible for at least some of those injuries

At least there will be fewer sports and alcohol related injuries going to A&E! Just hope domestic violence doesn't break out in the hothouse environment of everyone at home.

and by the way the NHS is fantastically better prepared than the hotch potch and much more expensive private hospital system that the United States currently enjoys! One of the important things we can learn from this virus attack is that private cannot cope - it takes the state, for all its many faults, in other words it takes the people acting together to stand a chance and to bail out private industry. Without the state the 2008 crisis would have destroyed most investors as the banks would have failed, without the state coronavirus could wipe out half a million people in this country. 67million x 80% rate x 1% death rate = 536,000 people
