I've read it - it's a very thorough summary. I think next month should be very interesting indeed.

All eyes will be watching. In other stocks I've been invested in, they get battered down and good news comes along and they can 10 bag in a very short space of time. I think if we get really good news then we could be sitting at over 10p per share.

Looks like most sellers are gone. If I had spare funds then I would certainly be filling my boots at these prices before August. I think if all goes to plan it's all up from here.

I think it will all be positive news in August. The question in my mind though is, how much more are shareholders going to get diluted down through placings at silly discounts? They need to pull their finger out for shareholders once the permit is issued to get the mine up and running as soon as they can. This will give them cash that will fund further operations that won't go at a snails pace. The reason everything takes so long is because they don't have the funds to be able to be as efficient as they could be.

If they're getting an accredited resource statement that could take anywhere from a few months to a few years....

I feel like it's also a case of members of the board accumulating as many shares as they can for as cheap as possible whilst knowing the true value of the assets here. Market sentiment is such that they have been able to do that. Whilst placings are frustrating it has been necessary to raise the cash, although I'm not sure I agree with a near 40% discount however. Hopefully JV on the horizon for Lakhjoki. Hopefully all goes through and no more appeals.

Having said that - we will need more placings for Kuhmo and NI but SP should be a lot higher with a JV.

I think it's a rather frustrating position for a lot of holders to be in. That being said I wouldn't want to be out of this share when August rolls around. I think we need to get Lakhjoki up and running with a JV then we won't need more placings. Problem with mining is that everything runs at snails pace. No other company has these assets so if you can afford to tuck these away then that's the best course of action at this moment in time. You can guarantee that as soon as you sell at these prices it'll start drifting higher as August comes around.

Prof Conroy isn't daft - makes sure he has a nearly 12% stake in a company that is sitting on assets in the hundreds of millions.

If I had access to more funds I would be hoovering these up at these prices. However, I'll just be holding and forgetting for the foreseeable. To think a market cap of under 2 million. KDR clearly want to do as much of the work themselves which will hopefully mean giving less away at a later date. The only way is up from here. I'd be very surprised by August if we don't gain traction. I think a number of these sells are out of frustration.

It had to be expected that they would raise funds - I didn't think it would have been so soon and at such a heavy discount. Its one of them shares for the bottom drawer like I was saying before. Whilst probably everyone who is invested in KDR will be sitting on losses it won't take much for the tables to turn once they start making good progress. It's a necessar y step, albeit frustrating but limited options to raise capital for NI.

I don't think a JV is far off IMO. I wouldn't be surprised come August (assuming everything goes well) that a JV is announced. I would imagine discussions behind the scenes will already be happening and the mining licence is simply just a formality. I might be wrong here but I would imagine that once a mining licence is granted they won't want to dilly dally then trying to find a partner that's eating into time, seeing as diamond mine licences are granted for a certain number of years.

They certainly won't be short of interest when Kuhmo and NI need funding to get through the different stages of development. Progress will be slow until they get a partner on board. Every penny counts which will mean that everything is going to take that much longer as they will constantly need to find alternative, cheaper solutions. It's worth tucking this one away for the next few years.

I see a 5-10 year view of this stock as having a market cap in the hundreds of millions. Right now thought there's a lot of work to be done. If you can afford to buy the stock and sit on it for quite some time then you'll be rewarded very handsomely. I don't see the share price rising significantly until there is a mine in production. Even at the point a JV is announced I don't see it budging too much either. I think a lot of investors have overlooked this stock because of its fundamentals without having seen its true value. I think in the not too distant future these same investors will be kicking themselves due to the limited supply of shares in circulation. Even if this stock climbs to 50p per share I wouldn't sell because I know the true value of the assets here. A lot of investors want to make a quick buck, this isn't the share for that. Hold this patiently and you'll be rewarded.

If it comes to fruition NI & Finland = few hundred millions market cap

This is a very, very promising report. Expert validation, geoligical similarities, indicator minerals present and targets identified.

Your 150k buy has the potential to be £150k maybe more longer term.... it's one of them shares to buy and sit on for quite a while. The main value here is with NI and Kuhmo. Lahtojoki will definitely be the catalyst to getting them projects up and running.

It'll be interesting to see if they get a re-rate and the question is how much? The cash flow from this mine could be the key to get Kuhmo and Ireland developed without having to give away too big a slice if the pie rather than be carried by a major.
