Must be a disgruntled long term shareholder which I can totally understand. Will see what AGM brings and maybe some news before?

I should think they have spent more than 10k on exploration. I think once they are ready to take their projects to the next stage we will see either a jv or sale of assets. Whilst the current share price is peanuts it will move very quickly once news is announced. BOD are in for the end game, not day to day share price.

I think they go slow due to a lack of funding as placings can only produce enough funds to do so much. I think 2024 will be a pivotal year for the company and may even see the announcement of a JV or the sale of assets. This is a stock I don't want to be out of, however it can be quite disheartening to see your initial investment take a battering. I have every confidence in KDR and once the company starts posting good news with substance then the share price will follow.

I completely understand it can be heart breaking to see an investment just dissappear in value. What's your average if you don't mind me asking?

I recognise there will be a number of disgruntled long term shareholders, however world class discoveries don't happen overnight they take years and years of work. People have their views on the company but you can't deny the assets that they have are immensely valuable. Patience is key and unfortunately that may have worn out for shareholders. This is the type of company you need to be invested in for decades and if you have done that then it will certainly pay off.

A good sign imo that they are updating website. They won't just update the front page they will be working on updating the full website.

Release wooley results, which in turn allows you to apply for land permits without alerting competitors. The board have no reason to sell their shares at this moment in time. If you read between the lines it is coming together, just don't concern yourself with the day to day share price.

All eyes will be on NI. That's why KDR are quietly grabbing land before others arrive to the party.

I guess it is a case of joining the dots together. Next year should be a very interesting year. It is clear the board aren't concerned with the share price, and why would they? They are accumulating shares because they know what the end goal is here. Get as many assets as possible, put in the work to get them all to a similar stage of development then sell the company to a major who will then do the mining. Imo Kdr will never actually partner with a major and will rather sell off the company and all its assets.

I think we may be due a news update before the AGM. Good news I should think.

If they did it on zoom call that would be good saves shareholders a trip.

Interesting to see they acquired extra licence areas in Ireland. I recall mentioning this a few months ago on here that they won't want a repeat of Galmore. The Ireland results must have been good enough for them to aquire more areas, that could be why they didn't release full results to the public to stop competitors grabbing the land.

I have confidence that this company will bear fruits eventually. I agree the results will be bog standard fluff. Imo they don't release too in depth results so other exploration companies don't buy the licence areas they wish to apply for. With regards to Galmore Mines I think Prof has learned his lesson from that one with another company snapping up a licence area and developing a very successful mine when he could have done so. There is a bigger picture merging here and I wouldn't be so quick to write this company off.

Will anyone here be attending the AGM?

The prof has 2,000,000 Fundraising Warrants at 4p that are exercisable for a period of 12 months. This would take his holding up to over 14 million shares. He will want to be compensated for the decades of work he has done. I think this could be maybe why he is loading the boat with shares. Like Yogi1 says they aren't concerned with the share price, just the end goal of a big portfolio of fantastic assets to then sell to a major.

What do you think all this considering the price per share would be? The shareholders at the AGM will either be left scratching their heads or be better informed. I think there is a reason why they have not gone into much detail when releasing news on the projects. I think over the coming months things will become clearer.

What is the likelihood of KDR being sold? Will they find someone to replace the Prof? He owns a good amount of stock and it's not like he can cash in as currently KDR is illiquid since the placing. Imo unless they find a buyer he is going to running the show for the foreseeable. If the for sale sign does to up I wonder whether shareholders are going to be getting the best price. More work needs to be done to hopefully get the desired results to get the best possible price. If this doesn't happen before they think about selling then shareholders will get shafted once again.
